PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WILL BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. Recently remodeled modern style home with a country feel but in the city near George Bush Intercontinental airport. Close to shopping malls,stores,golf courses,horse back riding,parks,lakes and Downtown Houston. Check yourself in with a smart lock . Complete kitchen with all appliances, blender, coffee maker, oven,microwave, silverware and all utensils you need for cooking. Please make yourself at home. This is a very quiet Neightborhood with very good Neightbors.

This was an absolute joy for all of us. Well maintained, very clean, great neighborhood and with four adults there was no cramped feeling. The host was very timely in responding to my communications. I wonā€™t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!!

Super Cozy and clean

The property was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very attentive and took care of any issues. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The property location was central to many accessible highways and the interstate. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was more than enough space for my family and our dogs.

The place was nice and clean. The bed rooms are nice sizes. Had all of the kitchen immensities to make a meal. The place looks exactly like the picture. The host responds quickly and if we area again we would definitely stay here again.

My spouse and children stayed here over the weekend. It was very spacious for the children and my husband enjoyed the back patio and grill. The host was very professional and always responded with no hesitation. Definitely recommend.

Truly an exceptional property and host

This is an absolutely beautiful and newly renovated home. It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood which was exactly what we wanted. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better property. What made this the best stay Iā€™ve ever had on VRBO was the host, Jose. He truly went above and beyond for our stay when we had a travel issue. He was understanding, kind, and went out of his way to generously help us. 11/10 stay.

A great location near IAH airport

My wife and I selected Jose's property because I had multiple overnight, international trips I needed to take. The house is only 10-15 minutes from IAH, and it is an easy commute. The house is a single-story ranch in a mostly blue-collar neighborhood (similar to the neighborhood I grew up in). We found the house to be very clean and fully functional, although the decor is a little spartan (i.e., no lamps in any rooms). There were sufficient dishes, silverware, pans, etc. in the kitchen for us to eat at least half our meal at home. We learned that the dishwasher must be closed VERY FIRMLY for it to operate. Our host, Jose, was exceptionally responsive. This was important because there were several issues with getting standard television. Jose was able to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. There are many restaurant choices within a 15-minute drive, as well as a full retail mall. Overall, we were very happy with Jose's accommodations, we would certainly stay there again, and we would be pleased to recommend this facility to other travelers.

Nice home, deck/back porch & lawn needs help

Upon arriving the first thing we noticed was a three foot high pile of branches and leaves all piled up next to a tree and the lawn needed to be mowed. This VRBO home sits between a couple of very nice and well maintained and manicured homes, however the lawn/grounds of this home has not been keep up as youā€™d expect. This is a nice home inside and appears to be clean for the most part, however it could use a DEEP CLEANING. The windows including frames are dirty. Our white socks turned black on the bottoms, I assume because the floors have not been washed for some time and most likely just get dust mopped or sweep with a broom in between guests. When we walked out the back door to check out the covered deck (porch) we discovered an all-around dirty space with dirty worn out furniture with the paint peeling off of it. The back door is also dirty and is in need of a fresh coat of paint. There were cut logs (some rotting) stacked up in front of the deck. There were left over concrete blocks stacked up next to the exterior back wall of the house and other items all in view from the deck. It would have been nice to see some flowers and landscaping in the back of the house and around the deck rather than the junk laying around. The reason I mention this is because it seems like the yard and deck maintenance isnā€™t a big expense and could easily have been cleaned up and maintained by the owner with a little work. I just feel like that would create a pleasant space for his guests to relax and spend time outside during their stay. The master bedroom window appears to have been installed incorrectly and does not close tight and doesnā€™t lock. Having shared that info, I do want to say that the host Jose was very attentive and willing to supply us with any needs we had. Overall the value was good, when you consider staying at a hotel over renting this home.

Nice Stay

We stayed recently for a weekend. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. We found the stocked kitchen a little lacking as there were only 5 forks for the 6 of us, 2 pots and a broken coffee maker. All of which was worked around but inconvenient. More concerning was that we discovered most of the windows did not lock. As single women in the home with children this was a problem. We had attempted previous communication with the owner concerning the bathroom door that wouldnā€™t open and the wifi connection. The bathroom was easily fixed as a handyman was in the home fixing a towel bar when we arrived. He opened the bathroom door for us. Communication about the wifi was answered for another house as he also asked about the pool in the back when our house did not have a pool. Therefore we chose instead to use what we could in the house to prevent the windows from being openable. Once our safety concerns were handled we had a pleasant stay.

Jose was the best host ever, very attentive, and timely. His response was right away and very pleasant. If we had an issue or questions, it was answered immediately. Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, and the inside appears to be newly renovated and is in great condition. The check in/out process was easy. Communication with Jose was great with timely responses. I would highly recommend this place for a small family or for business travel, as the kitchen counter space would be great as an office area and it beats staying in a hotel for the same, if not better price than hotels. You can find stores, restaurants, golf courses, basically anything you need within 5-10 miles. Thanks Jose. Great place!

Definitely would return! Loved the house. It was perfect for our getaway.

Owner was very helpful and kind. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Just what we were looking for. The back patio was fantastic as well.
