Such a nice place to stay

Our family of four spent a week in the apartment (parents and two grown-ups) this summer - and we couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location close to both beach, the old town and shopping, lots of space, super friendly reception by the host David - and the most beautiful views of both Cannes and the sea. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Lovely, spacious appartment - great location

Light, spacious appartment in a superb location. (Yes, there are lots of steps but they are well worth the effort.) 3 generously-sized double bedrooms, 2 fine bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Friendly responsive and helpful property owner. Highly-recommended!

Fantastic appartment and very friendly host

We had a great stay in this fantastic appartment! We stayed 3 persons - one in each bedroom, and enjoyed both the amazing view, the great location - with the short walk along the water or through the small streets of the old town, and the fact that there was a lot of space and other rooms between all 3 bedrooms, so we did not disturb each other event though we got home at different hours of the night. The place absolutely had all we could wish for and the communication with the host and the greeting as we arrived in Cannes has been first class!

Stor och ljus lägenhet i gamla stan. Nyrenoverad med smakfullt inredda rum. Fullt utrustat kök, Wifi mm. Perfekt läge nära strand, sevärdheter och kommunikationer. Vi hade en mycket behaglig vistelse i Cannes. Alltihop var mycket bra arrangerat. Våra varmaste rekommendationer.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen, sehr hellen Apartment verbracht. Im obersten Stock an einer ruhigen Treppe in der Altstadt gelegen, bietet es - über 5 Fenster - eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer!

Wonderful Flat in Le Suquet

We had a great stay in this apartment. Lars could not have been more helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It also has lovely views over Cannes and is in a great location, near restaurants and the Palais.

Appartement exceptionnel à Cannes

Appartement très claire avec 3 belles chambres et 2 magnifiques salles de bain. Espace de vie très agréable et vaste, donnant sur la mer, même en "2ème ligne". Double vues sur le port de Cannes et sur la baie de La Napoule. Etat neuf, bien aménagé et équipé (cuisine moderne), de très bon goût. Appartement parfaitement situé au dernier étage, à 3 minutes de la plage, situé dans le quartier du SUQUET, très calme. Commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes, le port à 10 minutes, arrivée des bus de l'Aéroport de Nice à 5 minutes. Très propre à l'arrivée, accueil chaleureux avec tous les conseils nécessaires. Appartement que je recommanderais sans aucune réserve, pour passer des vacances courtes ou longues dans les meilleures conditions. BW

Vi rekommenderar denna nyrenoverade fina lägenhet med centralt läge i gamla stan i Cannes. Nära till strand, restauranger och shopping. Tre fina sovrum och två fräscha badrum, vardagsrum och stort kök gör denna fina lägenhet generös och trivsam att bo i. Härlig utsikt mot havet.

Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous, rien ne manque et surtout pas les vues magnifiques sur les îles et sur l'Esterel. Proche de tout, plage, marché, centre ville, vieux-port, haut du suquet (très calme) cet appartement se situe dans une ancienne maison et la rénovation y est d'une très grande qualité. Personnellement, j'y suis venue avec mes ados et tout s'est impeccablement déroulé ! à refaire sans hésitation :)

Brilliant Apartment

Cannes is a beautiful town, however a beautiful apartment there is a hard place to find - that is of course when You have a certain budget You can afford. Lars’s place is the best one I have had the pleasure to be in. It is Nordic, light, clean, fresh - and what I like the most - it is very close to Palais, to the beach and to the harbour. The beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms and the furniture is new - magnificent view and very friendly service. All questions are answered quickly, no problems with payment terms - Lars is a perfect owner in that sense as well. Therefore I do suggest this place. I would even give it a 6 in 5 star count.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à Cannes

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé au cœur du quartier du Suquet dans le vieux Cannes, proche de la mer, des commerces et des lieux de visite. les conditions de la location étaient parfaites, le propriétaire nous ayant largement facilité l'agrément du séjour par son écoute et sa disponibilité. L'appartement s'organise très bien, il est moderne, fonctionnel, confortable, calme, très bien équipé - une mention pour les 2 belles salles d'eau - et surtout lumineux du fait des nombreuses fenêtres qui permettent d'admirer la mer, les iles de Lérins et les montagnes de l'Esterel. je recommande vivement cette location dans laquelle nous retournerons certainement!

excellent flat near the old town

we had an excellent time in this beautiful flat. the beach is in 2 walking minutes reachable and the beautiful old town is around the corner. you also have a great view over the harbour and the sea. the flat is modern and clean we had really everything we needed. this is absolutely recommendable!

Sejour formidable

Ce séjour sur la côté Cannoise, au coeur de l'ancienne cité, fut un enchantement. Le propriétaire a un sens aigue de la convivialité, du sérieux, de la générosité. Son souci, dès le premier contact, fut de rendre notre séjour et celui de mes enfants, le plus agréable possible tout en étant très arrangeant et à l'écoute de nos besoins en terme de timing, entre autres. L'appartement est d'autre part très bien situé, à deux pas des plages, très bien agencé, très lumineux, très bien équipé et quasiment neuf. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour en famille. Il nous tenu à coeur de le restituer tel que nous l'avions trouvé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

We decided to buy this flat after many stays in Cannes. We enjoyed so much Cannes at each stay that we decided we wanted to have a nice flat here. Our preference immediately went to the "Suquet district" the oldest and first section of Cannes.

The flat is located in a delightful sector of town with old houses and old buildings, next to the Castre Monastery and church. That part of the city offers the nicest view over the sea, the city and the islands.
