To maximize privacy, The Kamonchat ingeniously follows the slope it was built on with 3 spacious levels consisting of an open-plan living & dining area, a TV room, a sunken sala, a gym, 2 balconies and an alfresco dining area perfect for a big family BBQ.

The nature living experience is further enhanced by floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors throughout the villa, allowing guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living spaces; the living/dining can be completely opened up to enjoy a cool breeze during the day. The main entry floor, seamlessly transitions into a lavish balcony and a lounge patio with sea views.

The minus one [-1] floor plan consists of 4 bedrooms & the TV room, all with easy access to the pool, sunbathing terrace, sunken sala & a fully equipped kitchenette. The minus two [-2] houses 2 bedrooms. Here guests can workout at the villa’s gym, do yoga on the lawn or relax & unwind in an oversized plunge/jacuzzi pool.

MASTER BEDROOM

This 54 sqm light-filled room is situated on the same floor of the large & spacious living and dining area. Tall floor-to-ceiling sliding doors provide easy access to its own 25 sqm private balcony with a large soaking tub and cozy outdoor seating area, perfect to take in lush green surroundings and sea views. Fitted with a king-size bed with single bedding - which can easily be converted to one super king – the Master also comes with a grand walk-in closet, a make-up table/working area, and sizeable en suite with his & her sinks & a German-imported Grohe spa shower.

GUEST BEDROOM 1

With 31 sqm it’s the 3rd largest bedroom fitted with a 40’ flat screen tv, cozy reading nook, built-in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom. Easy access to kitchenette & direct access to the pool & terrace.

GUEST BEDROOM 2

Sharing the same floor as the other three bedrooms, Guest Bedroom 2 also has direct access to The Kamonchat’s 12-meter saltwater infinity pool.

Decorated with modern art and bright tones of pink, this 26 sqm bedroom has a modern wooden king size bed, built-in wardrobe, a 40” flat-screen TV, blackout curtains, and a large sleekly designed en suite with shower.

GUEST BEDROOM 3

This 26 sqm corner guest bedroom comfortably sleeps two in a large king-size bed. It comes with the added bonus of partial sea views, besides having easy access to The Kamonchat’s pool and sunbathing terrace.

Like the other guest bedrooms sharing the same floor, it's located close to the kitchenette, boasts a 40” flat-screen TV, built-in wardrobe, blackout curtains and of course its own all-grey en suite bathroom with shower.

GUEST BEDROOM 4

Perfect for singles, teenagers, or younger kids, this 27 sqm comfortably sleeps 3 guests in a bunk bed + trundle configuration. While the upper bunk is a single bed, the lower bunk is a queen size with a single pull out trundle underneath. Having a modern-day cabin feel, this bedroom also has its own en suite with shower, a 42” flat-screen TV, and a massive built-in wardrobe.



GUEST BEDROOM 5

Fitted with a king-size bed, this 23 sqm bedroom is located next to the gym on the -2 floor. With jungle views on one side & cascading water views on the other, this room is tranquillity at its best. The bedroom has direct access to the outdoor BBQ patio & the kid-friendly 5m x 5m plunge pool.

KIDS BEDROOM/MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ROOM

Going down another floor [-2], with 42 sqm, this is The Kamonchat’s second-largest bedroom with the bathroom shared with Guest Bedroom 5. Multifunctional in its set up, this bedroom is ideal – and often used – for smaller kids and the nanny.

Depending on your needs the room can be set up as you desire in terms of sleeping arrangements; sofa bed + cot[s]*, two single beds or two single beds & sofa bed.

The Kamonchat and its amenities are available for the Guest’s full enjoyment. However, the owner, the villa manager or other staff and contractors may need access to the villa from time to time [e.g. for maintenance purposes to the house, garden, swimming pool, utilities and services, or for the purposes of providing additional services requested by the Guest, etc.] The Guest is required to give them reasonable access to the Property for these purposes.

GUEST INTERACTION

The villa offers onsite full-time housekeeping and villa manager from 8am – 5pm.

For any additional questions you might have prior to booking, we are always available on Airbnb messaging and will get back to you asap [keeping in mind time difference]

Once your booking is confirmed we can communicate on email or WhatsApp.

During your stay, you will be well looked after by the Kamonchat’s Villa Manager who is available 24 hours and will ensure all your pre-arrival arrangements will be executed to perfection. Of course The Kamonchat’s staff is also able to assist you with anything you would like to do during your stay in Phuket.

For only a few hours each day there will be cleaning staff, apart from that you will have the Kamonchat for you and your guests to enjoy.

GETTING AROUND

Our Villa Manager can arrange a rental car for you with or without a driver as well as scooters. Otherwise taxis and tuk-tuks are available to make your way around Kamala and the rest of Phuket.
