Beach Walk 3 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite on the 2nd level, just steps from the beach and includes a heated pool. Unit accommodates up to 4 people.

Amenities include:
Full kitchen with all your utensils and supplies needed, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, linens, cable TV, dvd player, wireless internet, air conditioning and heat, shared heated pool, shared charcoal grill, beach chairs and beach towels.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 en suite one queen bed and 2 twin beds separated by glass french doors. Sleeps 4.

A message from the City of Holmes Beach: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."

Location, location, location

A VERY basic unit. Pool was decent. We did run into some cleaning issues, but I think that’s a reflection on the quality of the cleaners and not the actual unit. Largely had what we needed. Mattress was very squeaky, but nothing that would deter us from the location.

Somewhat disappointing

Although the place was very clean when we arrived, it was disappointing to see how sparsely furnished the place was. The bedrooms have no nightstands so we to turn the bar stools into nightstands. The bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky. Also, the ice maker doesn’t work. On the second day, the tv remote stopped working and the channels couldn’t operate manually which meant we couldn’t watch the Olympics during our entire stay. The owner was very quick to respond, however she said a new one wouldn’t be delivered until the day before we checked out and even that never happened. We were told that they would consider a price adjustment for this, but we haven’t heard anything back about that either. The best part of our stay was the location, a very short walk to the beach!

Location and price

The location of this unit made up for it’s sparse furnishings and basic, and no frills accommodation. We had a very partial view of the water. The beach was 1 block away and restaurants and other businesses like Walgreens were within walking distance. Because we used all 3 air conditioner units, it did short a couple of times but we were able to reset it so it worked again.

Excellent location!!

Location was amazing. Had upstairs unit. Clean and roomy. Only complaint was the ac, didn’t get very cold, made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Response from the owner was quick. Thanks!

Great Trip!

Much needed get away with my friend! The place was perfect and was everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and so close to the beach! Will definitely stay again!

Close to beach & clean place

Place was a neat and clean. Best part was it is very close to beach, not even a 2 min walk. Property manager was responsive. Few things that concerned us were, there were only 2 bowls in kitchen and we were a family of 4, there was no hand soap in kitchen and no scrubber to wash dishes. We bought from near by store, but would have been great if those were available from the get go. Also, the master bed makes squeaky noise whenever you sit or turn in bed. Other than that, it is a good stay at this rental.

Conditions of rental

Great location but not very clean. Pulled sofa bed out and was broken and half put back together with duck tape, under the couch was crumbs and dry food. The air conditioner in bedroom did not work. Water was not hot for showering. Booked a stay for 7 days and was only given 2 wash clothes, 2 rolls toilet paper and 4 towels. No beach towels.
