We are sharing our dream home with you! This home offers one of the best open layouts in Winter Haven. Great open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and numerous appliances. The large TV room features a Samsung smart 65" TV that connects to the Lanai/Pool area. A must see to believe!

More than satisfied

I was extremely pleased with the entire stay. The property was clean and spacious. Dealing with Terry was a pleasant experience. Any questions I had he was very quick to respond to. I will definitely put this on the top of my list as a place to stay again.

Stay for State Tournament

Reserved the house for location proximity to Robotics State Championship. Had other family that was going to attend with us and they decided not to. We didn't use the house for all the wonderful features that it had, however, the sunrise over the lake was pretty. Communication was excellent. House is in great shape and was cleaned well. The owners have the house stocked well and have everything you need. Really appreciate them sharing their home.

The house was very nice. Pool and deck area could've been cleaner. Gas grill was very dirty and couldn't be used, but nice Blackstone.

Perfect space for a nice long weekend

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. Property was perfect for multiple families. Plenty of beds and places for everyone to sleep. Great kitchen space. We had our boat parked at the dock at the house and kids tubed for 4 days straight. Boat put in is just around the corner and so easy. Chain of lakes is beautiful with canals and fun Florida restaurants. Having the pool and hot tub for when we weren’t on the lake was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect Lake Weekend!

My family and I were looking for a lake front property so we could enjoy some time tubing and playing on a great lake. This home was all we were looking for and more. Plenty of room, great location, awesome lake, well stocked and the pool was a big plus! Terry was extremely accommodating and even helped us find a boat rental. We love making family memories on the water and this weekend did not disappoint. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

A no brainer!

This place has it all! It is perfectly located for a visit to Legoland. The pool and spa are fantastic. The breezes coming off the lake are divine. Sitting on the dock swing is heavenly. We just loved out visit to this well-equipped house. Because the owners live her part-time, the house has everything you have in your own home and more. Terry has really thought of everything, from beach towels, to toiletries, to coffee and sugar. All we had to bring was our clothes. We spent long days at Legoland and then came back to this lovely home and cooled off in the pool and ordered take out from the many tasty restaurants in the area. There is even an adorable little downtown that we did not get to explore, but maybe next time...

Basketball tournament

Perfect lake house!

This is a perfect lake house, you have all that you need here, pool, jacuzzi, super comfortable house, a beautiful lake, port for a boat or a Jetski and Terry it’s an amazing hostess, this was my second time there and not the last one, I really love this house no words to describe how beautiful is!

Perfect vacation spot

Wonderful summer vacation spot with the pool and the lake. The owner was excellent with his communication and allowing the use of several grills by the pool. Would recommend for any families wanting to have a relaxing vacation.

Great lake house in Winter Haven

Terry's place was exactly what we expected and we had a wonderful weekend there. The house was well-stocked and lots of bedrooms and other places to sleep for a large group.

Great place to relax

Our family had a summer vacation at Terry’s place and all had a wonderful time. We brought our own boat for water sports. The house had everything you could possibly need. Loved it!

Great stay

The owner of this property is the absolute best and easiest to communicate with before and during the stay. You will feel like a family friend staying at this home. The house has everything you would need or want for a comfortable stay. The house has lots of space. The view from the house of the pool and the lake is very peaceful. We spent a lot of time in the pool and sitting in the screened area. There is also a porch swing on the dock that we enjoyed. The lake itself was entertaining with many turtles, a family of otters and an alligator. I highly recommend this home.

Winter Haven Lakefront

Property was exactly as advertised. Super nice home with three bedroom/bath suites, an extra 4th bedroom and a great screened pool/hot tub area. Lakefront with dock and access to 18 other lakes with great skiing, fishing and waterfront dining. We caught bass from the dock and saw three otters playing on the beach one morning along with a small gator and large sandhill crane I enjoyed my coffee with every morning. Truly Awesome retreat for anyone who loves water skiing, bass fishing or relaxing!!

Lake house in July

My family and I had a wonderful time at the lake house. The house had everything we needed and then some. Along with being clean and neat the house had a fully (appliance) stocked kitchen and outdoor entertainment area. We will be back and will bring the boat!

What a great House!

After months of social distancing and working from home we were ready for a getaway. Staying at a hotel and eating out seemed risky given the virus status, so we were looking for a place to be on our own and just relax. This house was perfect. Although bigger than we needed for just the two of us, it had all the amenities and location we were looking for, so we went for it and were not disappointed. It was just as pictured in the listing. Large, clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful, the pool large and a perfect temperature. Although the Florida summer heat was upon us there was plenty of shade on the porch and ceiling fans to cool us off. There were pool floats and toys, a great grill and griddle and the porch swing on the dock was a nice touch. The kitchen had most everything we needed (after we found the coffee maker in a bedroom closet) and the pantry was stocked with any small appliance we could want. We brought our own groceries and ate in. If we go again, I will bring my own knives and cutting, however as that was the only thing lacking. There are ceiling fans in every room, and although we only used the master bedroom, the 3 others were big and comfortable enough to accommodate a large crowd. There were TVs in every room as well, and enough premium channels to keep us entertained during the afternoon storms (while not napping). We got to watch Hamilton! Although there are things to do in the area we only went to Publix, which was conveniently close. Overall we just relaxed, enjoyed the beautiful house and surroundings, and social distanced in a place that wasn't our own. Perfect for what we wanted. Terry was wonderful to work with. He was responsive from my first email, available by cell for any questions and quickly had his neighbor come the fix the slider when we have a problem. I highly recommend this property and Terry if you're looking for a getaway in Central Florida.
