Sunset cottage is located at the end of a quiet street it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms spacious living room, large deck, fire pit, and even a fully functional wood burning stove for the winter season. It is in an ideal location just minutes away from the public beach, state park, boat launch, and multiple wineries. It can sleep 10 people. It has 3 full size beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 full size sleeper sofa (NOTE: bedding is not provided). You will find this quant cottage the perfect home away from home to kick back, relax and enjoy everything Lake Milton has to offer.

This was my first booking for a rental it was just me and my bf for the valentines weekend. We both thought the place was nice and clean very comfortable. We both loved the hot tub! Had everything we needed which is really nice, the renters were so nice and understanding and very responsive. The only thing that stood out was the water for the shower, wouldn’t get hot, I would say warm but not hot then it would get really cold as well sometimes. But other than that me and my bf had a great trip thanks again!

What a cute quaint cottage! Everything you would need from kitchen items spices two different coffee pots bathroom towels washcloth even had some shampoo for those that might forget to pack it really cute setup. Love that it was on a dead end Street large yard. Hot tub was an added bonus. Nice patio area Love the option of being able to cook out on the grill and use the fire pit to make s'mores. We spent most of our time soaking up the backyard and boating at the nearby West Branch lake . love that it was pet friendly our two fur babies enjoyed it as well. If you are looking for a quiet family stay I would book this location not only close to the water but had game system board games and small toys for children. The only thing it didn't have was tvs In The bed rooms but that's totally a personal preference we brought along with us our lap top so not a big deal . My only recommendation is the one back patio set isn't in the best of shape that's on the deck but there is two more on the lower patio to choose from thanks for letting us make memories at your cottage we would definitely stay again.

Quiet little getaway

We had a great weekend visit. Close to the winery and other great lake activities. We just wanted quiet and decompression and that is what we just what we did. The hot tub was a nice touch and loved the cozy patio.

Great place in Lake Milton

The house was great and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the fire pit or hot tub, but hopefully next time. Great little house and location.

The house is lacking several amenities including closets so there is no place to hang clothes. Some of the appliances are outdated including the Keurig that ran very slowly, and the iron are the first to come to mind. No dishwasher and a dirty sponge was left at the sink, I am assuming to wash dishes. No mat at the entry way and it had snowed so we had to use a towel so as not to track in slush from our shoes. No shovel that we could use to clean off the porch or salt to spread to keep area from being too slick. It really could use a deep clean overall. It smelled very musty when we entered, and we bought some air freshener to help with the smell. It would have been nice for garbage bags to be in place in the bathrooms. Washer and dryer was nice and efficient. Beds were fine as well as the living room. We were really only there to sleep, otherwise it wouldn't have been the best property out there.

Great place to stay!

Group of four with two boats. Plenty of room for one rig in the driveway and the other along the street in front of the house. Both were plenty close enough to plug in and charge batteries at night.

Relaxing and Excellent Accommodations

The owners have really thought of everything. The house is well laid out and much bigger than it looks from the outside. The back patio area is very spacious with 2 patio areas and a hot tub. Ample parking and very quiet street this time of year. Several places to eat and drink within minutes. We would definitely stay here again. My one critique is the house could use a deep clean.

Nice place.

This house is not super impressive to look at, but was lovely on the inside. Five of us friends got together, we went antiquing, ate at very nice local restaurants, and we were pretty comfortable all in all. The two bathrooms made it nice. It served us very well.

Private, quiet, well stocked home near the lake

House was as listed. Everything we could use was there. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room all very well thought out and lacked nothing. Even outdoor toys for children! The house had not been cleaned well. The walls had visible handprints and cobwebs and there was hair on the floor in nearly all the rooms. Window sill and window in kitchen was very dirty. I believe the cleaners are at fault for this, not the owners. We loved the house.

We are a very active family. The cottage offers us an opportunity to get away. We maintain the location and use it to escape from our crazy scheduled lives to relax and unwind. So please understand we want to share our little place of happiness with you, but we are not professional property managers. We have Mon-Fri jobs and kids. 4 boys, all under 13, keep us moving between different sports like hockey, soccer, lacrosse and swim to various cub scout and school activities. We do try to make sure you have what you will need when you arrive and if it is not there, please let us know and we can make sure to add it on our next trip there.

Its a little over an hour away from us. This place is lets us squeeze in family time and enjoy each other. We have space to place outside and can enjoy the laid back atmosphere. We want to be outdoors and that is reflected in the amenities we offer. There are no smart devices, the TV is older and the Xbox dates back to our time in college. We want to be outside, we want to make memories together and this place offers us that without having to drive for hours and lets us pick up and head out for the rare weekend without games/practices/lessons.
