Very nice property. Beds are very comfortable. This is a house on a common yard with four other homes. Very nice neighborhood and centrally located on the Cape. Only problem is one of the couches needs repaired for tufted seat cushions that have the buttons removed.

Lovely location

We had a wonderful time at this home. The views through the many windows were lovely. The home is also centrally located and very near the Orleans center. We walked daily on the Rail Trail, which is just a short distance away. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Great location and beautiful property

This was my first time visiting Cape Cod and the central location of this Vrbo was perfect. The house was very clean and the perfect size for my 3 sisters and me. Beautiful views of the water from the house. I would highly recommend staying here! If I ever come back to the Cape, I would book this place again!

Lovely and relaxing

Loved this property. The home was well taken care of and very clean. The grounds were lovely and all of the neighbors at the nearby homes were very friendly. The home is very close to the highway so it makes getting around the Cape super easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Spring escape the

Unusual cool and windy weather kept us inside when we were on property and we’re very comfortable. Some updating of the furnishings would be nice downstairs as well as a better start cooking kitchen other than that it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is easily accessible to all of the Cape sites. The view from the multiple windows in the property was beautiful and beds were comfortable.

Wonderful little house in Eastham on Cape Cod

The sun rises were beautiful. The property consisted of four houses of different sizes. We vacationed with our dogs and another couple. The house we rented was 70c. The pictures were very accurate. We truly enjoyed the farmers porch every morning as we awoke to the sunrises and every evening to the beautiful sunsets. The location is convenient to take day trips to Provincetown, Chatham, Falmouth, as well as a number of beaches. Be aware if traveling with dogs that the beaches do not allow dogs until after Labor Day. We found a wonderful dog walk called Kent’s Point Conservation Area. it is 1.5 mile loop with beachfront walk and lots of woods with trails. The restaurant within walking distance called the knack had great fish tacos and let you bring your dog. The house was very clean inside but needed new furniture to keep it updated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The week we stayed was very hot and we were so glad for the central air conditioning downstairs. There are ac units in each of the two bedrooms upstairs. This house is truly adorable and charming with lots of windows. My husband did some cleaning of windows to make it sparkle. We hope the owners keep up with the little things like The front porch needed to be swept of some cobwebs and the Adirondack chairs needed to be washed on the porch as they were a bit muddy (probably due to rain). The del mar management team were a pleasure to work with and were very helpful with any questions and service we needed. The tv upstairs was not working and the management team scheduled a service call however we ended up having to cancel it. We had plans so Del Mar was very accommodating and rescheduled it for service after we departed. We really didn’t need it as the tv downstairs did work. We had a great time and would recommend this home.

Lovely

This beautiful little house is part of a compound. We shared a lawn/ dock/ canoe/ paddle boards/ games/ ping pong table/ fire pit with the other 3 houses. We sat under a shady tree with our coffee every morning looking at the beautiful water views. The only downside is that the property is pretty close to the road in the back so you do hear the cars a bit. But it was peaceful background noise. We’d definitely stay here again.
