Perfectly sited on a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5-10 minute drive to everything Mangawhai has to offer, this modern property boast fantastic indoor and outdoor living. The house is tastefully decorated and well-appointed but the jewel of this property is the tropical garden with unique outdoor entertaining spaces. The gardens give a sense of being on your own little tropical island and provide a tranquil oasis to relax in after a day at the beach or out on the water. There is also a heat pump now to keep things warm in winter.
At the front of the property the open plan living flows out onto a deck with a relaxing outlook to the Brynderwyn hills. At the rear, bifold windows and a single door off the kitchen open to another deck and barbecue area. This rear area also boasts an outdoor fire, water wall and reflection deck and there is an outdoor hot shower and also an outdoor bath now with plumbed hot water.
Inside, the house features 4 bedrooms - 2 with a Queen, one with a single over double bunk set, and the fourth with a single and trundler. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed if needed. Perfect for two families with space to spread out and do your own thing and the section is fully fenced so you can relax in the security that any little ones cant wander. There is off-street parking for two cars and additional cars can park on the road directly outside the property. Note there is also now a Nespresso, just BYO pods.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
