This stylish and comfortable one-bedroom apartment (Unit A-12) is ideally situated in Noord, just a 3-minutes drive from the island’s most iconic beaches, including Fisherman’s Hut, Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi. The renowned Eagle Beach is only 2.7 miles away. For ease of travel and flexibility, we recommend renting a car during your stay.

Perched on the second floor, this thoughtfully designed unit features a cozy queen-size bed, a modern bathroom, and all the essentials to make your Aruba stay both relaxing and convenient. The apartment opens onto luxurious common areas including two swimming pools, three barbecue stations, outdoor showers, and jacuzzis, within a secure, gated environment.

We had a great stay at Waykiri! It was reasonably priced and very clean. Much more beach equipment than we expected, and the host kindly left snacks for us. Beautiful kitchen and short 10 min walk to the beach. Only small complaint was that the hot tubs were not hot during the night. Overall, though, a fantastic stay. We will miss the orange cat we named “Larry” while we were on the premises. We would definitely recommend!

The property was nice, clean. But after my check out I was sent a bill for 800 dollars for a glass mirror that I’m assuming her cleaners broke. Luckily I recorded the place with time stamps before we checked out so I had proof I didn’t break anything but without that proof I would of been charged for something we didn’t do.

As mentioned in our private conversation, our housekeeping team found the broken glass after your departure, so we contacted you to better understand what had happened. Since we did not receive any response initially, we followed VRBO's procedure and submitted a damage claim, as instructed by the platform. Once you responded and shared the video with us, it became clear that you were not responsible for the damage, and we immediately withdrew the charge. We do not hold guests responsible for damages they did not cause, and we appreciate you taking the time to clarify the situation. Thank you again, and we wish you all the best.

Can’t wait to go back! Everything about our unit was fantastic. It was spotless and well equipped. There was plenty of beach items, towels, coolers and snorkeling gear. The grounds were well kept with a gated entrance, a couple of pools and two grilling stations. Anyone that we met was super friendly and all loved it too. We had a car and I would highly recommend one and the parking is free! Looking forward to returning to Waykiri condos in the near future!

The apartment was immaculately spotless, as is the whole complex. The location was just minutes from palm beach and pretty much wherever you want to go. The apartment had everything you would need to beach chairs, coolers, towels etc. the kitchen was stocked well. Looks just like the pictures. Counting the days to when we return.

Very clean, bright and airy. Comfortable for 2 people. Has everything you need for a beach day - chairs, cooler, ice packs. Great location, quiet and safe. Kitchen nicely stocked with mostly everything you’ll need. Option to grill is a plus. Parking was readily available most days but becomes limited in the evening with people dining at the restaurant. Communication was timely. Overall wonderful stay. Some things to keep in mind: Views are limited to the pool or construction on the lot next door. Unit is on the second floor and we did not find an elevator.

Nicole’s condo had everything we could ask for. It is a beautiful development and close by to everything.The condo is decorated beautifully and it is very clean. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and Nicole supplied everything you need and more. Thanks Waykiri for a lovely stay.

We has a really nice stay here. This is our first time to Aruba as well as our first non all inclusive. Things we didn't think about when booking our travel, were provided at the house. i.e beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, etc. The property is clean, quiet and no issues what so ever. I will return here next year for sure. Highly recommend!

One happy island

Beautiful property! Location was great for what we wanted to do. Quiet and welcoming. If I were to make any recommendations at all, would’ve loved to of seen a few more items, such as a roll of paper towels, and basic spices, since there is a lovely kitchen to cook in, but overall, I would recommend!

Perfect getaway

This condo is perfect! I had everything for the beach, great space for a couple, the kitchen had all of the small appliances and utensils needed, fabulous location. We rented a car, parking was easy… also not parking on this island is free everywhere (except pay parking lots) all beaches are free, absolutely great place, the pool was incredible

Outstanding!

This place was perfect for us!! Perfect location, perfect size and the check in process could not have been easier. Very clean!! The communication with the host was top notch. We will definitely be recommending Waykiri for our friends and family members. The only thing I would change is that there would be more wash cloths… only 2 available. And just a recommendation that the bed be bigger. I’m a big guy and it’s hard to sleep in a bed that small.

I want to start off with the positives of this condo. It was very clean and as described. The pool areas were beautiful and everyone we met at the complex were friendly and wonderful to talk to. We never used the grill areas but they do have 2 really nice, clean and large grills available to use. We rented a car for the week so we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very quickly. I’m not sure it’s walking distance to anything though. Check in and check out was super easy. The negatives were there was no hot water. I should say the water was not even warm so taking showers was miserable. I think other women can imagine what it’s like trying to shave in cold water and how my legs looked after a week of this. I reached out to the host and she answered quickly but she just said to turn the nozzle and wait until it got warm. It never happened and it was not due to user error. The water in the kitchen was cold as well. Also, there was no electricity for 2 days. On Monday the electric was out for about 6 hours and then on Wednesday there was a scheduled outage for 8 hours. I think hot water and electricity are to be expected as they are in my opinion, necessities.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water. After you reached out, we informed you through the chat that a member of our team went to the unit to check and assist, but unfortunately we did not receive a response at that time. We also followed up with you in writing to continue troubleshooting and provide support, but did not hear back. We always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, especially while guests are still in-house, so we regret that we were not able to connect with you to fully address this during your stay. Regarding the electricity outages, we completely understand how disruptive this must have been. However, this was an exceptional situation caused by the island’s utility company, including one scheduled outage and one unexpected interruption. Unfortunately, these situations are completely outside of our control. Again, thank you for your feedback.

The room had water coming in the windows twice during are 7 days stay. I almost slipped and fell because the floor is marble and white so I couldn't see it on the floor in the bedroom. We reported it and they came and put some plaster over the wall that was wet. Then, two days later the same issue water coming in from the window. This was on the weekend they sent the housekeeper to mop the floor but, I had put down 4 bath towels. Then, they send another maintenance guy up on that Monday the day before we leave and he was supposed to fix it. Then, we didn't have no hot water. To take shower on Sunday night & Monday they have the temperature set to 104c for the hot water. We was getting ready to leave on Tuesday morning. We paid good money to stay and they want to compensate us 50.00 for all this aggravated.
