We had an amazing time! The location was perfect for our family—close to the water and with a great corner section that offered a sense of privacy and exclusivity. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Good location, nice views.

This was a great location and nice unit, it's a bit of a hike to get to your car up 2 stories but the parking was spacious for trucks with trailers and it was gated for security. The only bummer for me was not being able to put my boat or PWC in when I got there and leave it through the stay. This beach is governed by city ordinance that does not allow you to leave your watercraft on the beach overnight. So you will have the hassle of shuttling everything in and out of the water every day to a boat ramp that is about 1.5 miles away, and charges you $20 each day to do so. I had 4 PWCs so this was cumbersome to say the least since we needed 2 riders and a driver making 4 trips a day x 3 days. I read on city site the ticket is $300 per boat so I didnt want to take the chance of the sheriff coming through after the 11pm cutoff and citing me for all 4 units.

Lake Havasu

Pros-Check in was easy. The condo is located in a great area right on the water. Fully stocked with all kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels. Cons- needs a deep cleaning, and time to change out some of the area rugs in kitchen and bathrooms, Ceiling fan did not work in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Outdoor temp was 114 so the fans were needed. Outdoor BBQ was out of propane and it looked like it had never been cleaned.

FANTASTIC STAY!!

This is THE perfect location for a relaxing stay on Lake Havasu. For 2 couples, having ensuite king rooms was absolutley perfect! Everything was as described, and better! We rented a pontoon for 2 of the days of our stay. We cruised the river and Lake Havasu-beautiful waters and mountains. Floating in the water just outside the front dor was so relaxing, too. Area restaurants were fabulous, too! The owner, Cobe- and propertty managers were wonderful. We loved this vacation place and rate it in the top 5 ever! We hope to return!!

Best place in Kings View Condos

I’ve stayed in many different units within this complex. This unit is by far the best! This is the best location within the complex, also the cleanest and most up to date. I will only be booking this unit from now on. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Awesome room, needs upgraded info.

Great room in corner of first floor. However, Our room had some blinds broken in master, label on thermostat was incorrect, WiFi info was incorrect. Just need to update this info and it will be great for the next renters.

Amazing location and view!

The view of the canal was lovely and the walk along the water down to the bridge and restaurants was fun and convenient. The property manager sent us a door code one month before our arrival and they did not send it through VRBO, so it went unnoticed. VRBO sent me an email the day of my arrival stating that the host had not sent me a code yet. The emergency number was listed on the condo entrance however we did not have a code to enter the first gate so we couldn't see the emergency number. This led to a lot of confusion and we had to stay at a hotel the first night instead. The property manager should always communicate through VRBO, that would eliminate this type of confusion.

Great place on channel

We really enjoyed out stay at 101 so much we stayed an extra day. Location is convenient to all things Havasue. Property is clean and quite overall. Host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Stay here for a great getaway.

Great spot. Nice and clean. Great property and communication. The aC is tapped at 78 degrees which is too warm for me, but otherwise it’s a good place.

this complex was a dream come true. We went from spending our days on our boat in the Channel, to spending days in our condo on the water, with our boat moored in front.
