Regarding the seating, our listing clearly shows the room’s layout, which includes a lounge chair and coffee table but no sofa. Sofas are only available in our higher-category units, so it’s possible the two were confused when booking. We always recommend reviewing the listing photos and room description carefully so the room matches your expectations. As for the bathroom, the lighting includes a dimmer switch as well as additional mirror lights designed for applying makeup. If the full lighting wasn’t used, the bathroom would feel darker than intended, and lower light can make grout look discolored or shadowed, which may have given the impression of mold. We verified with the hotel, and there is no mold in the bathroom. Regarding the carpet stains, it’s possible they were overlooked by the cleaning team during turnover between guests. However, had you contacted the front desk or reached out to us during your stay, this would have been addressed immediately, along with your other concerns. Dear Guest, All additional fees are clearly disclosed in our listing and extra fees are sent again after booking along with the hotel address and room details, giving you the opportunity to review them and cancel before arrival. We are sorry to hear about the yellow water; however, no such issue was reported by guests before or after your stay, and you did not contact us about it during your stay. Had you sent us a photo or video at the time, we would have contacted hotel management immediately and worked on getting you a discount. Valet parking and resort fees are standard hotel charges, and free street parking was available less than a two-minute walk away. Our rates are substantially lower than booking directly with the hotel, and even with the additional fees, the total cost remains cheaper than the hotel's direct rate.
