The house design is very good and with an excellent Rim country location. The main issue was cleanliness and host response. Upon arrival, the refrigerator had a bad smell, which dissipated, but the inside of the frig was dirty with spills that must have created the odor. The dishwasher was packed with dishes from the previous stay still in the washer along with some rust pools at the bottom because maybe they had been in there a while? Finally, the griddle and stove fan were very greasy. The bedrooms were reasonably clean as were the bathrooms. So within an hour and a half of arriving, I texted the Evolve host's phone about the kitchen...never got a reply over three days. Therefore, do not expect much from Evolve if you have issues. Two other notables. First, wireless navigation can be a problem in the area to include Payson. So, load your routes via the house wifi before leaving. Second, there are three outside active cameras. Two at the front door: a ring camera (identified in the listing) and an overhead camera pointed at the drive way. There is a third active camera pointed at the back deck. I have no idea who can access the feed (especially the back deck) or why it is on while we are guests. Bottomline: there is a lot to like about this property (design, location, good beds, reasonably sized kitchen), subject to some of the issues noted above. Given the price point, there is potential value for 3 or 4 couples, but probably not for 1 or 2 couples.
