BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!

Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Great views, nice property, nice extras in the the condo for the beach, nice pool/heated, beach access was great, space in the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Condo is located in an older part of the area, but very close to West pier and short drive to lots of great places to eat.

Beautiful beachfront room with balcony and a laid back quiet atmosphere!!!!

The rooms were clean and having the kitchen was a great bonus not having to eat out every night. Beautiful beachfront views comfortable beds and a laid back quiet atmosphere made our little family vacation prefect. Plenty to do around the area and would highly recommend.

Excellent stay

The property was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The decor was beautiful. The large balcony was perfect to enjoy a view of the beach. A perfect beach stay!! Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

Beautiful view and location. Added attention to cleaning would help. Couch arm needs to be fixed. Safe area. Well lit. Can see launches from Cape Canaveral on the beach. Great pool, heated and beach access is the best. Well maintained grounds.

Perfect location!

The condo is as perfect as the pictures show! We loved waking up every morning to hear and see the ocean while enjoying coffee on the balcony The ease of access to the pool and beach was perfection! Zareh was awesome when we needed to reach out. We will definitely come back to stay!

Loved it!

This property was great and perhaps better than advertised. We loved the layout and it was perfect for our family of 4. We were 1 block to the grocery store and very close to restaurants and anything else we wanted to do. We loved it! Beach access was great and the unit provided chairs and umbrella were a huge help as we flew in. Would stay here again!

Perfect beach front condo

We had a great stay. The condo was clean annd spacious. It had everything we needed have a wonderful time. Beach chairs, toys, towels etc were all provided and in great condition. The views were beautiful and we were just steps to the beach. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 10 min or less drive with many great restaurant options. I would highly recommend.

Condo by the Sea

Incredible ocean view, wonderful pool for swimming laps or relaxing. Sound of waves great for sleeping. Missile launches close enough to watch from the beach. Fully equipped, kitchen and easy access to stores and deliveries. Older property, but beautifully maintained. Will be returning next year!

Great condo

The property was just as it was listed. The pool was huge and so quiet. The condo came with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Elevators were down the day we left which sucked, but nothing anyone could do about that.

Beautiful property and fantastic views

We love Cocoa Beach and have stayed in several condos. This one is superior and so convenient to everything you want. The upgrades in the unit are very nice and it is also very clean. All the supplies - glassware, dinnerware and utensils are new. The beach is beautiful and close to the famous pier. The entire complex is well taken care of and you immediately feel at home. We will be coming back to this one!

Decent place to stay

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The only negative comments I have is the pool closed at 8:30 pm every night and there were no umbrellas for shade at the pool. Our personal opinion is this isnā€™t really a great condo to stay in with kids/teens who enjoy swimming. Our unit was very clean, however, the furniture could use some updating as well as a dresser of some sort in the 2nd bedroom.

Great Ocean View From Spacious Balcony

This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach Towers. Love the location and privacy of the unit. We will return to Cocoa Beach Towers for future stays. The pool is amazing and we appreciated the adult quiet time in the mornings. Easy access to the ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. The unit was well maintained and has spacious rooms. No washer/dryer in the unit which would be a plus (we were aware of this and there are washer and dryers available on the same floor to use for a fee). The location has a couple bars/restaurants in walking distance which is a nice benefit. Would definitely recommend.

Cocoa Beach

This condo was located directly on the beach. The unit contained 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The unit was very clean. The area was quieter and family friendly. Everyone at the condo location was friendly and there was never a wait time for the elevator. The condo had beach chairs and umbrella available for use but we also discovered a couple who for a small fee would provide chairs and umbrellas for you. The condo owner was wonderful and sent updated emails with events in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay like Royalty in the Cocoa Beach Towers

The condo couldn't have been better! Best views of the beach & the Pier. The condo itself was completely furnished with everything needed to make a stay away feel like the best amenities of home. Bright and cheery! Plenty of room for 8 if you had that many. The balcony is a dream spot in itself. Nice outdoor furniture, very relaxing. Parking under protected roof. Elevators working well. The pool was lovely, didn't use it much as you're steps from the Beach. The grounds are immaculate. Will definitely stay again and again!!

Fun Spring Break

The property was exactly as seen in the pictures. The building itself seemed a little old, but the unit was updated and modern! Kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs provided as well. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Pool was well maintained and clean. Kids loved the putting green. It was nice to be close to the pier to walk and get shaved ice, snacks and the Tikki Bar was super fun. As others have said, a washer/dryer would be a nice addition in the unit to dry towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was our first time in the area!

Cocoa Beach New Years

As I told property manager, the only two problems were the rusted screens for the sliders which made them very hard to close and also the old master bed frame is way too squeaky. But, all that aside, this is a really great place if you want a place where you can go from your balcony, to the beach, to the pool, to the tennis court in one loop during the week. This isn't a place for quality nightlife (which is fine with us) but the quietness and ocean breeze was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly at the condo and we felt welcomed even as renters. You can walk to Publix and then never leave the property :) Highly suggest this place for mellow vacationers. Also, super easy drive from Orlando airport. We do VRBO a lot and this was a great choice.

This property is beautiful and has a perfect view.

Overall I loved my stay. The only con would be the combo lock which does not work and should be replaced entirely. I was not happy fussing with the lock, standing in the heat with all my luggage before finally having to call the emergency line to reach a live body for assistance. There is a lock box with a key inside that can be used so much easier than dealing with the other lock. I would highly suggest giving the lock box combo to begin with. Other than that one issue it was amazing to have an apartment to spent time at. It is quiet and relaxing which is just what I was hoping for. The beach access is perfect and convenient.

We are retired senior snowbirds and have resided in the Saint Petersburg area for many years. We started our vacation on the East Coast on Cocoa Beach as my grandson wanted to visit the Kennedy Space Center, not Disneyland. He stated to me, Disneyland is for little kids. We had an enjoyable stay at Cocoa Beach and two days at the Kennedy Space Center before traveling over to Indiand Shores on the Gulf Side. The Pros and Cons. Ā· Pros: Ā· Condo shown is as advertised, clean, well kept and quiet Ā· Was well equipped with clean lining, towels. Ā· Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Good view of pool and ocean Kennedy Space Center was enjoyable for my grandson who met astronut Ken Cameron commander of one of the space shuttle flights. Publix Food Market is close by. Cons:: Bedroom with the two full beds mattresses have to be upgrade. Both mattresses have a low and hight side down the middle. No safety bar in the shower incase you slip. TV's have a Amazon Firestick and Roku remotes. Unless you're familiar with them you'll be lost.
