Riverfront Dream on the Hawkesbury - WATER VIEWS

This modern 2 bedroom (queen beds in both), 1 bathroom apartment is conveniently located on the Hawkesbury River Marina.

The apartment boasts an open plan living/kitchen area with doors opening up onto the north facing terrace directly overlooking the Hawkesbury River. The kitchen has modern facilities and timber floors throughout the apartment. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining setting to take full advantage of the marina lifestyle and water views. There is a washing machine available inside the unit, and a laundromat on the marina if required.

Once you arrive, you will rarely find a reason to jump back in to your car to leave! Located in the beautiful town of Brooklyn the Marina itself boasts a convenience store and bottle shop where you can purchase all of your requirements for the weekend, as well as the convenience of The King Tide Cafe. There is also Lifeboat Seafood adjacent and the Angler's Rest Pub just a short 3 minute walk from the Marina.

The Marina is conveniently located just 200 meters from McKell Park where there is an enclosed swimming area, BBQ and picnic facilities, kids fenced in park and lovely nature walks.

Why not make the most of your stay and explore the Hawkesbury waterways by booking a guided Jet Ski Safari tour from the Marina (the only kind in New South Wales!). Or consider taking out our pontoon boat for a cruise up the waterways. Neither the boats nor the jet skis require a license to drive/ride.

We also recommend the Riverboat Postman during the week for a day tour or catching the ferry or water taxi across to Dangar Island to explore. All of these activities are conveniently located on the marina at your door step.

Ideal location and excellent accommodation

The rooms and facilities were very clean and welcoming. Easy to obtain key and everything went according to plan. The location is fantastic. So convenient to the wharf area, the train station and local cafe and pub. Really an outstanding accommodation option for those visiting the area as well as accessing Sydney.

Ðelightful location, close to the ferry, pub, cafe, and bottle-o that also combined as a general store. Nice long walks from our room. Our accommodation was beautifully located right on the wharf. Comfortable and clean.

Location excellent having a great café on your door stop a well stocked convenience store and a pub with great meals for dinner just makes this so easy when on a short stay. the rooms were spacious and give a 1 litre fresh bottle of milk in the fridge is such a nice touch. Excellent long weekend away

Living on the Central Coast, I had driven past this little gem of a town many times on my commute to Sydney. I wanted a place that was still close to the Coast but didn’t require a long travel back home, especially on a long weekend. This apartment was great! Excellent location and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. I had several questions for the owner before and during our stay and they were always answered promptly. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and the Anglers Rest ( great pub) was in easy walking distance. We also had dinner at The Estuary who provided pick up and drops offs to and from their restaurants. Overall, It was an awesome way to spend the long weekend. Big thanks to Ritchie and the team for all their help with this booking!!

Relaxing experience

Absolute water frontage with always something of interest to watch. The friendliness of everyone on the Marina was lovely. The apartment was well stocked with all the necessary equipment. Highly recommended.

Short girls getaway

Comfortable place to stay on the river. Unfortunately it was a very wet weekend so water activities not an option. Comfy beds and nice linen. The apartment was clean except for the shower which needs a good scrub!

River village retreat

This place is absolutely wonderful. It is peaceful and quiet. The Marina has this fantastic river village treat charm. Sitting on the balcony watching the small ferry bring residents from Dangar Island was a spectacle on its own. We only initially came for 2 days to check the place out and ended up staying longer. We didn't want to leave.

Great waterfront family getaway

Great location and facilities with extremely hospitable owners. Close to many Central Coast attractions and perfect for fishing and boating with hire boats right at your door. Our whole family had a great time and we will definitely be back soon.

Perfect place to get away from the city.

Lovely place for a family break

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great outlook from the balcony with plenty to watch. The guys who run the place were super helpful and nice. The unit is clean and pleasant for a family of four. Not a chefs kitchen, but perfectly sufficient for a relaxed holiday. Thanks for a great stay.
