Located on the desirable yet quiet North end of the Island, this newer home offers a professionally decorated beach-chic style custom home, complete with a fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for entertaining guests.

The main level has an open concept living/dining/kitchen combination that opens directly onto a furnished screened porch with seating for 8, including an outdoor dining table that seats 4. The cozy living area includes a large tv, and a sleeper sofa, for a flex bedding option. The main level bedrooms include a guest room with a Queen bed and TV and a second guest room with twin bunk beds. The full bath on this level also houses a full-size washer and dryer.

The second floor is comprised of the supremely romantic main bedroom suite featuring a beautiful wrought iron king bed with premium mattress and luxurious bedding, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV/DVD, and an attached bathroom with double sinks and a separate shower. The guest bedroom on the second floor has 2 full-size (double) beds and TV. The 'Crow's Nest' bonus loft room with TV, games, and seating is accessed by a unique 'Ship's Ladder' staircase.

On the ground level of the house is an enclosed area consisting of a great private patio area complete with an in-ground pool, a fire pit, an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water as well as a ping-pong table and cornhole boards. There is also a second refrigerator and a food prep area - perfect for entertaining after a lazy day at the beach! The pool features optional heat in cooler months. Guests will love the cute touches and decor all around this home. Your furry family will also love the fully fenced doggie run where Fido or Fifi can enjoy some off-leash privacy - complete with a waste receptacle and disposable bags.

There is a gas grill on the upstairs porch. This home is Pet-friendly. Parking is available under the home to park 2 small vehicles, with additional off-street parking for 3.

Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional fee (Not available November-March, weather dependent).
