Amazing place

We had a disaster of a trip down thanks to an I-15 snow storm mess, but it was amazing to arrive at this location. At first it seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere (arriving at 2:30 am can do that) but once daylight made it, we were only 5 minutes from downtown St. George! Overall amazing! We had one issue with a smoke detector battery but that was quickly resolved. Would suggest this place to anyone!!

Unsatisfied, But Pool Was Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was clean and roomy. Needed more linens, and thicker pool towels. The couch pullout bed was horrible and old, we didn't use as the mattress was not sleepable - they did supply a blow-up bed, but not enough bedding. The internet did not work, and one of the smart TVs didn't work. This was disappointing because I had to do work and I kept getting dropped- management came and replaced the hardware that wasn't responding, but it did not fix the issue. None of our phones ever connected. The upstairs bathroom shower had no water pressure- we all ended up showing in the master bathroom. Disappointing. The sink was also plugged up, and maintenance had to come and unclog it. The heating system was off- the upstairs was like a furness but the main level was a bit chilly, even with the vents closed upstairs. Basic expectations should not be an issue for the amount charged for the unit! The pool was great and it was a quiet community. The management company was as helpful as they could be, they responded quickly and were very friendly.

Awesome experience

Comfortable and clean. Plenty of space. Lots and of ways to keep entertained - movies, games, books. Super close to the pool and pickle ball courts. Awesome amenities. Super close to Snow Canyon for hiking. Rental company was great to work with. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Close to everything

This condo was just as listed - very clean and in a great location. Anything you need to cook or grill is supplied. We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Utah.
