- Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water filter, side table, and all kitchen utensils;

- Laundry room with an electric washing tub and a separate sink;

- Master suite with 1 double bed, 1 extra double mattress, a wardrobe, a wall mirror, an ironing board, an iron, and a hair dryer;

- Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed;

- Spacious balcony with a grill, sofa, table, chairs, and hinged glass doors;

- Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, and glass shower enclosures in the bathrooms;
