This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers beautiful gondola views and a peaceful forest setting, complete with a private balcony and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing above the trees. Designed with families in mind, the home features a comfortable two-story layout with plenty of room to unwind. The upper level boasts an open-concept living space with a cozy propane fireplace, large sectional sofa and dining area for six. Just off the kitchen, a bonus den provides the perfect spot to relax with a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or create a fun space for kids. This area also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on this level. Downstairs, all three bedrooms offer a quiet retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for children with two twin beds and games. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hallway. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo is just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, giving you easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife, skiing and mountain biking without the noise of being directly in the center of it all. A shuttle stop across the street provides convenient transportation throughout town. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness facility. Enjoy an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full gym, fitness classes, and courts for racquetball and basketball. Great location close to the Village and Canyon Lodge. Very comfortable with the bedrooms on the ground floor and living, dining and kitchen areas upstairs. There were a lot of other guests parking on the perimeter of the property however we were always able to find a spot. Overall a wonderful experience.

Decent Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and well-outfitted place. Great location to walk to village and Blue Line. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The community jacuzzi was having heating and jet issues and did not appear very clean.

It is a little bit of a walk to the Village wearing ski boots and carrying skis. Snowboarders would have no problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great the condo was just ok. The condo was very dated and had a weird smell. The upstairs bathroom shower didn’t drain well. The bathroom fixtures were old and sprayed all over the place. The stairs were very loud. There were clothes found in one of the bedrooms in a bed from previous guests.

Good + clean space, needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #122 is a two-story townhouse. It's located in the middle of the complex, and can be hard to find the front door (do a search for a Mammoth Estates map). The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds; however, the pullout sofa is in bad shape for sleeping. There is only one TV to share in the living room. Dining table seats 6, plus 3 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, including toaster, blender, and Keurig pot+pod coffeemaker. Be cautious that the latches to the shower/toilet doors in the downstairs jack-and-jill bathroom don't catch and can be pushed open at any time. Although the overall feel was a little dated, it was comfortable for our family of 5 adults.

Very outdated

The beds were very uncomfortable, all 3 bedrooms share a single bathroom downstairs with a second bathroom upstairs. It is very dated for the price and overpriced for the low quality of the beds. There is water damage in the ceiling. Parking is very challenging, there are no parking spots in the immediate area, so the only option is to park on the road.

Thanks for the comments. This condo is an original as per the photos, but of course it is in a prime location walking distance to the Village and Gondola. That is correct that parking is on the roadside, that is the designated parking area for access to this unit. Great stay, great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed inn unit #122 at Mammoth Estates. Overal the stay was great. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults. The location is great and walking distance from the Village. We did not have to drive at all during our stay, which is great - just walk to the Gondola at the village and go skiing from there. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable.

Mammoth cabin review

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some positives about this rental but we would not stay here again. We cleaned the doorknobs abs bannisters ourselves and they were extremely dirty. The fridge has a bad smell which we reported. Upon arrival the stairs were buried in snow and we could barely get in. There was no assigned parking spot even though we were told there was one in front of the unit upon check in. Arriving in the dark and during a storm with no parking spot was really frustrating. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was great.
