So much fun and clean

This updated two story loft condo is located across from the main resort. Super close to all the activities and super clean.

Great Property

Came for the 4th. Unbeatable location, beautiful views. Played american shuffle board, ping pong, and used the hot tub every night. Will come again.

Convenient, spotty management

Great location, well supplied unit. Hot tub and garage access a plus. HOWEVER: We arrived 3 hr *after* our published check in time to find that the unit had not been cleaned. Cleaning crew arrived apologetic, said that they'd been pulled from our location to clean for someone else who checked in "early". We waited while they cleaned. I texted 2 management numbers about the failure to clean in time for our arrival. I received one text response that night and another the next day. One promised to call in the morning. The other promised to "check with my team". There was no follow through, no call in the morning, no further communication on the topic. Unit is fine, but reading other reviews, I get the impression that this is not an uncommon experience for visitors using this management company. Maybe they're overextended or having other issues, but the bottom line for me is that I would avoid units managed by this company in the future.

Wasn’t Cleaned, Awful Experience

We had a terrible experience staying at this property! Called to see if we could check in early- management said no housekeeping was still cleaning wait until 4pm. Ok, totally fair 4pm is clearly posted check in time. Waited around, door code didn't work so call management again. They gave us a different code, we got in and the place was DISGUSTING. Every single bed had been slept in, every towel used, the cloudy spa smelled gross like urine, dirty dishes in the oven, 2 shattered/cracked windows in living room, food and debris all over the floors upstairs and down. Immediately called again and no one answered. We have 2 young kids who had already been waiting around over 2 hours so not knowing what else to do we started cleaning ourselves. Thankfully we found disinfecting spray and a vacuum to clean with and began doing the mountains of laundry so we could have clean sheets to sleep on and towels to shower. Finally got a text back saying they would check with housekeeping and I could contact the on site property manager. No answer, so I left a message and never heard back (she sent my calls straight to her voicemail after that). I called the main line again after still hearing nothing and was told the manager would be the one to help even though I explained she wasn't responding. I asked to at least have some clean towels and sheets so I wouldn't have to finish the 6 loads of laundry and those were finally dropped off at 8pm (4 hours later) by a very apologetic young girl. She said the manager would be contacting me, which to this day still hasn't happened. One of the main reasons we booked this property over cheaper ones was the spa. I asked multiple times about it being cleaned. They tried to tell me someone came Thursday, then later said someone came Friday (the day it snowed and we spent all day in the condo and saw no one). We never got to use it. I was told 3 times they would refund the cleaning fee. I said I felt it wasn't enough but would take it since it was something. I have yet to see this refund and am still texting them 2 weeks later. I've since followed up 3 times and they say "I'm checking with my team" every time. We're shocked that a business could have such poor customer service and be so dishonest. Definitely not worth the money to stay in a condo with broken windows and unusable spa that you have to spend the first day of your vacation cleaning yourself.

Had an excellent experience 👌

We loved it except no live TV and no TV in master bedroom and soooo many steps we were out of breath loading and unloading our truck. But we'll get in shape and do it again. The spa was not something we wanted to risk the cleanliness of, but overall a wonderful stay.

Very pleasant condo with all the basic necessities. Lovely view.

Everything was clean and orderly in the condo. I spent a lot of time riding my bike or hiking the trails in the hills when not with family who were here in Brian Head at the same time. If you visit during skiing season, this condo is right next to lift #8, literally ski in ski out! Thankfully the recent forest fire did not effect the beauty of the resort town itself.

Beautiful property, fantastic location, details lacking.

The property is very nice, we loved the style and you can't beat the location. The beds are comfortable, as are most areas of the unit we spent time in. There are, however, some areas that we not entirely satisfying. I think our biggest disappointment was the hot tub. One of our primary motivations for selecting this property was the chance to relax in the hot tub in the evening after a day of skiing. When we got in the temp was set to 99, which is entirely reasonable, however the heater was not able to keep up. The temp dropped by a degree about every 10 minutes, and it wasn't even that cold out at the time (40s). I'm not sure if there's a problem with the heater, or if it's just underpowered. We also found that there is insufficient hot water to fill the garden tub in the master bathroom, nor is there enough for 2 people to shower around the same time, either. Those were the larger issues, but there are more minor ones as well. The very inexpensive refrigerator in the kitchen really detracts from the otherwise beautiful kitchen and living room furnishings. Worse, it doesn't have an ice maker. We found the shower head in the master bath to be too strong, even painful at times, while the shower head in the downstairs bath seems to have some of it's jets clogged so the water volume is lower than it could be. Many of the barstools are missing the height adjustment handles. It's a little strange that there's no towel rack in the master bath. Also, we were never able to find the garage remote control. Most troubling, I suppose, is that the management company never responded to my email detailing the above problems (which I sent to them nearly verbatim).
