Located right in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, Wright by the Pier is a beautifully decorated 1bedroom, 1 bathroom condo close to shopping, dining, and the infamous Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier. Relax with family or friends while making lasting memories on your next Wrightsville Beach Vacation at Wright by the Pier.

One of the BEST spots in Wrightsville Beach!! Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach near Johnnie Mercer's Pier and close to the sand, enjoy ocean views and the sound of the waves while relaxing on the covered deck. New to the rental market, Wright by the Pier has all new furnishings and décor throughout. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment and the infamous Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier.

This 1st floor condo offers an open floorplan living area and kitchen with access to the covered deck from both the living room and the bedroom. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bath + separate built-in twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

No Pets, No Smoking.

Parking instructions:
Only 1 parking spot included, located in carport (2nd carport) from entrance. Sprinter vans will *not* clear the carport. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Perfect Vacation

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Wright by the Pier. This was our first trip to Wrightsville Beach. It was a much needed relaxing week vacation. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. A quick walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Beach towels and chairs are provided and they have a nice area at the beach to clean off the sand along with a rinse off area at the condo. The beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. We were all sad to leave which says it all.

Loved the location and the apartment itself. Clean, cozy, and the amenities are great. The welcome kit was a nice touch! Really enjoyed it.

We were coming in for a short trip for our daughter’s sorority parents weekend. We decided to stay in Wrightsville to walk the loop, enjoy the beach, and be able to get to UNCW with ease. We enjoyed this location and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location right near the beach

Excellent property for my husband and I to get away for a few days. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action with people coming and going to the beach. Right off the Loop , so we were able to take a walk every morning. Condo was comfy and well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Our only issue was that the door code wouldn’t work when we checked in and it was after hours. We eventually got someone on the phone and she quickly solved the problem. We will definitely rent again. Loved being able to walk right to the beach and not worry about parking.

Nice One Bedroom Property in Wrightsville Beach

Very nice property close to pier and in short walking / biking distance of beach and shops/restaurants. Small (One Bedroom / One Bath) but comfortable unit; works very well for a couple vacation. We sincerely enjoyed our weekend visit.

Perfect Beach Get Away

Absolutely perfect beach condo just steps from beach and pier. Cute beach themed decorations, patio was fun to watch all the beach goers, loved that there was a shower to clean out feet after beach, property management had some snacks in kitchen, oh and beach towels provided! Condo is small but perfect for 2 adults and children. Best location! Good restaurant next door.

Easygoing by the pier!

This is our second stay at this location. This is always the perfect place with kids as it is close to the beach for the day and romantic walks on the beach at night. The condo itself is in pristine condition and beds are super comfy. My daughter adored the bunk beds. The only issue is the bar fights from the place below at 3:30 in the morning. That is not something you can control! Overall we had a great vacation.

Just what we needed

Stayed at the property for 3 nights as a part of a college visit trip with my son. The location was perfect! The space was just what we needed. At 5’3” the mirror in the bathroom seemed to me as if it were hung for giants (could only see my forehead and eyes) but that was the only issue. Management company was very responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

Property was ok

The pro is that the property is in a great location right at the pier a few steps to the beach. Now the cons. The code didn’t work when we got there but I was able to easily call and get it from the property manager. The place is cute but very small! You open the door right on to the bunk beds. I would also recommend the owner invest in darker curtains as the sheer white ones do not block out any light from the pier and stoplight at night. Not bad for a short stay if you want to be steps from the beach. It was just a little tight quarters for 4 people.

Wright by the Pier - AWESOME

Overall our stay was great. The unit provided everything we needed and was very clean. Even bikes that we were able to ride all over town. The only thing I would say was that there was not enough parking. My husband met me and we wound up having to pay for parking for his vehicle for the time we were there. Each unit should have at least two spaces or maybe credit for parking. Especially for a week. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, but noisy

Great location and although small, a great use of space. The only complaint was that you could hear the people above you non stop, so that was very annoying.

Great location

We had a great time. The kids rented bikes and rode all over the island. My hubby and I enjoyed relaxing in the cute condo and walking just a few steps to the beach. Communication with property manager was great.

Perfect for our family of 4

This rental worked out wonderfully for our getaway. The bunk beds worked out perfect for the kids, and the balcony was spot on for hanging out with the hubs after they went down. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed plus some. Will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful!

The property was immaculate and very nicely decorated. It was a few steps away from the beach which made the trip very enjoyable. The condo was stocked with cleaning supplies which we really appreciated. Instructions for check out were clear; however, to check in the hospitality app was not updated with the code to access the condo itself. The property managers only provided the code to the lobby. Through the app. The app also didn’t specify which parking spot was allocated for the parking but after a few calls we were able to get the code to the door and they clarified that the parking was marked. Even with these minor issues I still give our overall experience a 5 star!

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great stay at this condo. The location was great--one block to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The condo was recently redone and everything was new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only possible issue was that I could hear people walking around upstairs and also could hear some street noise. It wasn't a huge deal but might be annoying for light sleepers. Otherwise though the condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would stay there again.

Pier Stay Wrightsville Beach

Excellent one bedroom condo just off of the Johnny Mercer Pier Wrightsville Beach, NC . This place has an amazing location and lay out. It sleeps six. It efficiencies are ultra modern. The galley kitchen is easy to navigate. The King bed very comfy. Bunk beds and pull out too. We loved the balcony overlooking the pier street. You basically roll out of bed into the sea!
