Outstanding. Small cozy place with everything you need to be home away from home. Joseph was a huge help with answering any questions I had prior to my first trip to Bradenton Beach. Only recommendation I would have is the pool could be vacuumed a couple times during the week. No biggie though. Very clean and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. We will be booking this unit again next year.

The accommodations were excellent. It was quiet, updated, well stocked and very clean. Loved the proximity to restaurants and live music as well as many beach access points. The pool was a definite plus. Host was helpful with our questions and helped make our visit even better.

It was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a wedding and reception on Anna Maria Island. We liked the convenience of the location and took advantage of the quick walk to a beautiful beach. We liked the heated pool, especially renting in January. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect place and size for just the two of us. We walked the Cortez bridge every day for exercise along with great walks on the beach. The property was in a perfect area which was close to everything and walking distance to a lot of places! We walked to Bridge street every night. We just love this area and will definitely be back.

Easy to find and get in on our own! Short walk to the beach, provided two beach chairs, and beach towels! Pool was warm and nice to swim in with temps in mid-60s! Short walk to Bridge St for food, drinks, and shopping. Great off street parking and perfect location for a short drive to Anna Maria Island!!

Perfect for our stay. Just right for a couple. Lovely decor. Very clean. The only issue was the pool. I only went in once and it was in need of cleaning and the water was very low. Apparently it had a leak. That was a disappointment. Location is great! Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

The best thing about this place is the location! For that reason alone, I would consider staying here again but the owner needs to make some improvements. Some things worth pointing out to future renters...The unit is extremely small. Online pictures were somewhat deceiving. It is an ok space for a couple but is still extremely small. The bathroom can only fit one person standing up. There is very little water pressure in the shower. The bathroom faucet needs fixed as it sprays everywhere. There is no closet to hang your clothes although the owner has installed drying racks on the back of the doors. There are a few dresser drawers to unpack in but some of the drawers are filled with linens. Not the biggest deal but the unit is so tiny, there isn't anywhere to even set your suitcase to live out of. The bed was squeaky and the pillowcases were stained. The pillows were the worst, old and flat but the mattress was comfortable. Early check in is not offered. Laundry is outdoors and costs 2.50. Thermostat is not permitted to be below 73 degrees, we were informed of this at check in and we would have liked the room to be cooler. Swimming pool was very small and dirty. The unit is nicely decorated and newly remodeled which was a plus. Not the worst place we have ever stayed in by any means but I wish we would have understood better what we were getting, especially since rainy days caused us to be indoors more than we had planned.

The unit was very clean. It is located in an excellent location. Within walking distance to a lot of places. The unit has plenty of towels, wash cloths and dishes. The area around the pool is small but a nice area to sit around and relax. They will send you a code to get in. When they say 4:00 they mean 4:00 not a minute sooner. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Sweet Space at Bradenton Beach
