Exactly as described. Perfect for our vacation. Pool was warm. Unit was clean. Easy check in and out. Parking could be a bit of a hassle, people not parking and leaving enough room for others to park. People using the parking area for access to the beach, even with it being marked for guest only.

Great Stay across the beach. Apartment was nice. However, all cooking pts and pans need to be replaced. Small bathroom in the master bedroom was not clean, shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Awesome location and value

This spot was a perfect place for a family of four. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent. Check in and check out were seamless and we had everything we needed. Great value.

Excellent location

Very convenient location, right across the beach. Easy to go everywhere, private pool inside the property.The kitchen was very well equipped, also beach towels and chairs to go to the beach.

Perfect beach stay!

This space was perfect for our visit to Anna Maria Island. It was clean, had everything we needed and was steps from the beach. The pool was a bonus and it was within walking distance to lots of fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great for our trip and the location was perfect! We had everything we needed, and if not there were plenty of close by stores! There was a tiny issue with ants in the kitchen but there was a spray under the sink that helped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Location location location

The location was perfect! Just across from the beach and trolley access. Loved that they provided chairs, wagon and umbrellas for the beach as well as plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed.

Family get together.

Great location you can see the ocean from your balcony just a 3 minute walk and your sitting on the beach, The place was clean with plenty of extra towels for everyone.The pool was clean and perfect after a day on the beach, Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Great location and condo

Stayed here for a week and was very convenient. Right across the street from the beach and not too far from the supermarket and other amenities. The place was very clean and well decorated. Quiet would highly recommend

Wonderful Stay

Great stay, great location, very clean, easy access to beach across the street, beach chairs and umbrella available if needed. Only recommendation is a new bed mattress in main bedroom. Will reserve again if coming back to the area.
