SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:
- If you plan on skiing during your stay, it is VERY important to review the following information carefully! Failure to understand and follow these instructions will make the ski-in/out experience much more difficult than necessary

- Private ski-out trail is only for use by strong/intermediate or better skiers in abundant natural snowpack conditions. The trail is for SKI-OUT only
- Ski-out options for less advanced skiers or light snowpack conditions involve a 1-minute car ride and parking/unloading at the summit, with easy ski-out access from there
- Ski-In options involve some flat or slight uphill terrain for 400 - 600 ft (depending on the option) and require abundant natural snowpack conditions
- Ski-in options for light snowpack conditions involve parking/loading at the summit and a 1-minute car ride back to the house
- Further, ski-in/ski-out details can be provided upon request and are also included in the on-site binder
