(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nice house

Highlights of our stay was being visited by a kookaburra on the verandah almost daily, spotting a koala in the tree opposite the property, as well as the beautiful water views.

Great place for a summer holiday

Great place to stay, check in was easy, the house was clean and tidy. Nice new kitchen, lavazza coffee pods for the coffee machine were a bit hard to find although found in 1 of the large supermarkets. No storage in downstairs queen bedroom was a bit of a pain, and a weekly recycling pick up would have been good which I believe can be arranged through council by the owner/agent. Overall a great place that easily accommodated our families.

Good location, but the good things end there

Quite a few cockroaches spotted on the last 2 days. Maggots on the rubbish bin. CCTV cameras outside the property. A bedroom the size of a wardrobe with low ceilings. Showers way too small. Long story short, didn’t enjoy the stay very much.

Hi Luca We are glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location of Blue Waters. The property owners have regular pest sprays completed at the house, however being located on the coast, cockroaches can still appear sometimes. We could have brought a can of pest spray to you if there was none at the property and also sorted out the bin issue for you if you had contacted our office during your stay. Please note the CCTV cameras are just for security and this is noted in the guest book at the property. Sorry to hear the rooms at the property did not suit your requirements.
