The spectacular mountain view is just one perk of this condo in the Edelweiss Condominiums at Whitefish Mountain Resort! Winter or summer, this location in the heart of Whitefish Mountain Resort has you close to the action. Within walking distance to the main chair lift and the famous Hellroaring Saloon, visitors enjoy world-class skiing, downhill mountain bike park, mountain biking, cross-country and downhill skiing, zip lining, hiking, high-ropes course, alpine slide and stunning views. Edelweiss's central location puts you within walking distance of restaurants, shops, saloons, and a variety of services and amenities.

Enjoy your Montana winter or summer adventure in this cozy, well-equipped, one-bedroom condo in the heart of the village. This two-story condo has a ground-level entrance, fireplace and balcony with mountain views. The main level open floor plan has a living/dining room with a sofa sleeper, kitchen and full bathroom. The lower level has a king-size bed, bunk beds and another full-size bathroom. There is a portable AC unit for the lower-level bedroom. There is just a fan in the living room. The hot tub will be open during the ski season. There will be one day per week when they drain, clean and refill it. It will be unavailable until later that evening. Coin-operated laundry is located in the building. Mr. Coffee-style coffee maker in the condo for guests to use. *Firewood is not provided. It can be purchased at Village Market.

Ten minutes from downtown Whitefish, guests enjoy diverse culinary opportunities from fine dining to some of the best bar food in the Northwest. Glacier International Airport is 15 minutes away and Glacier National Park is a breathtaking 45-minute drive.

We have a 60-day cancellation policy. More than 60 days' notice, full refund minus $100 administrative fee. Less than 60 days, no refunds.

Great location. Ticket offic, lifts x 2, bar and grill x 3 steps from condo. Would have to ski down or drive to base. hot tub clean and great. Thought picture was windows looking out, but faux window. Everything needed in condo. Owners response immediate and they verified check in was successful. Communication great. Would definitely stay here again

The property is not ski/out as advertised. The hot tub does not have that view of the mountain, that is a mural on the wall of a basement hot tub. main entrance is on lower floor into bedroom. If you enter from upper into kitchen/living room area you need to hall all your stuff including skis down a long narrow stairwell as acess to ski parking lot is from the lowere level. Fire place is not real or gas only uses duralogs which need to be bought at nearby store. Only one chair on the upper deck where you can see the mountain and it is broken.The place is spacious,2 bathrooms was nice. King bed and bunk beds in same room so limited privacy.

This is a pretty frustrating review. We clearly describe the ski access in the description and headline. It’s the closest ski access for the money on the entire mountain. We clearly describe the layout of the condo. The parking area is most conveniently on the lower level where the ski access is as well. The photos clearly show the bed configuration. Had we known that the last guest broke a chair, we would have had it replaced within the hour. With regards to the hot tub mural, I spoke with the guest after the review was written and they have stayed on the ski hill before. Therefore they knew that there is of course no lake in the ski resort. It is a brand new and beautiful indoor hot tub room with the photograph of glacier national park accenting the walls. It was closed since Covid so the hot tub amenity is a very welcome addition again. For no extra money per night.

Girls trip

Three friends and I decided to take a girls vacation to Whitefish. This property was accurately described and the perfect amount of space for us. There was plenty of room to sit around and eat and play games. There was also comfortable seating when we just wanted to sit around. We loved having 2 full bathrooms, too. Not too far from town, but far enough away that we could step away from the crowds and relax. Great communication, too!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Loved the view and watching all the bikers and outdoor enthusiasts enjoy the mountainside. Great kitchen and living room space! The bed was really comfy! We enjoyed the outdoor bar was afternoon as well!

summer stay

The split level was convenient-the upper level with the kitchen and living area is accross the street from the main stores, and the laundry is across the landing from the front door. The lower level stays cool, has direct access to the parking lot, and is a short walk to the lifts. There is a fan and a portable AC unit.

Not ski in ski out / early season

It is a short walk, much construction and noise, place was nice, sucked hot tub wasn't available, should have more than one! Got very noisy all day / night closer to Christmas as units filled up we had cloggers living above us. lol Don't forget to give them your parking pass!

This Condo unit was upgraded fairly recently but had a number of deficiencies including sub optimal cleaning, no toilet paper or paper towels, an out of date guide to the range, and others.

Was okay

The photos look better than the actual. The finishes were all really cheap and beat up and things in the kitchen were just okay. For example, there were only 2 cheap mismatched wine glasses. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain very well and the fridge needed the filters changed

I appreciate the feedback. We will use this to make sure anything that’s needed to be updated is updated for future guests. We do have brand new couches that are not pictured. The fridge is also brand new from the pics shown. We did send an email the day after arrival asking if anything was needed and we did not hear anything from you. We have a full time maintenance crew and wound have been happy to remedy any issue.

Not bad but not amazing

It was a decent place to stay, however I recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows and the bed leaves a lot to be desired. It says it has air conditioning but that was a mobile unit in the bedroom only. The cleaning fee seemed excessive especially because it didn't appear the floors were cleaned before we arrived and we had to wear our shoes or have debris stuck to our feet.There was a frying pan with old gross grease in the cupboard and the other frying pans had to be cleaned before use. It could use a deep clean. I emailed the company after to find out when the pre-auth deposit would be released and didn't get a reply. 5/10

We are so sorry about any cleaning issues. We sent an email the day after your arrival asking to let us know of any cleaning or other issues and we didn’t hear anything. We could have quickly remedied any cleaning issues and gotten you new pillows. (Doing that now) With regards to the air conditioning, the description states that we have an ac unit in the bedroom and a fan upstairs. We try to be very up front about that. We searched everywhere and we did not receive an email or text asking about the preauthorization. Checked the Vrbo platform. We pride ourselves on responding within minutes day and night. Thanks for the feedback. We will use this to make sure future guests have a better experience.

Beautiful location

We did not spend much time at this ski condo rental, as we were out and about enjoying this beautiful Montana area. It’s nothing fancy, but very adequately appointed. We missed that it had no washer/dryer (our fault). The views from Big Mountain were beautiful, communication with the property manger was also good.

Awesome location right on the slopes

We LOVE staying at the Edelweiss. You cannot beat the location right off the base of chairs 1 and 2. The condo is outfitted with everything you'd need in a kitchen (not always a given for rental units!) The living room space was fantastic for a family and check-in with the keypad door unit makes things so simple. My only caution would be that the listing indicates it sleeps 5 adults....the pull-out sofa was fine as far as those go. The king bed was fantastic. But the bunk beds would NOT be sufficient for a grown-up. My (average-sized) 13 year old was miserable on them. So I'd say the unit is fit for 3 adults and 2 younger kids. If that fits your needs, then absolutely stay here. We had a great vacation!

Perfect retreat after a long day of skiing!

Very comfortable 2-level condo that allowed the kids to take a “break” from one another as needed. In the heart of the Upper Village— shopping, restaurants, ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, etc. Close walk to main chairlifts. Highly recommend!

Big mtn fun

Place was more than big enough for two. Didn’t use bunk beds or fold out couch. In the summer upstairs is quite warm, weather depending. Window air conditioning unit downstairs was a must. Electric oven had some trouble getting up to temp, if you’re doing any in-house meals. No cutting board, but we made do. All together great location for all the activities on the mountain, 15 min free bus to and from downtown.
