This was an awesome house. The location was ideal - just a few minutes away from the beach, with beautiful views of the river and mountains. We could also walk into town. It fit our group very well - 6 adults, two toddlers and two babies. It was also very well stocked!

Great weekend getaway

We loved this location with quick beach access. The house was a great size for two families of 4 with small kids.

Beach house in Pacific City

We enjoyed the house it was perfect for our family. Loved the decor and each room was very cozy. Accommodations were great and great location.

Perfect stay for a large gathering.

Couldn’t have been better! Excellent location with easy beach access, beautiful view of the river, and the best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen.

The house was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Make sure you can walk stairs as there is many.

Great Place

Booking and communication were great. Check in and out easy. Place was as described, clean and well stocked. Location was excellent. Short walk to town or the beach.

Very adequate home

Was fun staying here with family! Very adequate for our group. Only down sides---spiders in the downstairs bathroom and no way to light the BBQ.

Great house for groups, very clean

My husband and I really enjoyed how clean and spacious the property was. Very close to the beach, and walkable to some lovely restaurants. Note that the balcony is on the inland side of the house, and check out requires laundry and self-cleaning. We will be back!

Amazing Property

We had such an amazing time here at the house! It’s much larger than anticipated. Such a great home for large groups. Super easy and close access to the beach and into town. I would recommend this house to anyone and will look forward to staying here again in the future!

Fun visit to the Beach

We had the best time at this VRBO. It was clean and cute- we had everything we needed for a great family time. Just a short walk to the beach. Great view of the lake on the porch and a view of the ocean out the windows. I look. forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect updated home!

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. It’s updated with clean furniture and greatly equipped with essentials and then more. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The only room we didn’t use was the basement.

Easy for Family Groups

Four families within a family, this worked great. Floor for living, floor for sleep, space for open roll-around play for grandchildren and late night movies on ground level. Kitchen easy for more than one cook, lots of storage for food for our five days including containers for leftovers, fridge tight but workable. We ate in-house since not many options out, which was perfect for us. Walkable to beautiful beach and cute small town. Highly recommend kayaking on the lovely river. Three Capes drive is glorious.

Wonderful getaway!

This was a lovely home, with everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen. Our only complaint is that the cups and mugs did not get clean in the dishwasher; there may be something wrong with the top rack sprayer? But we re-washed them by hand, no big deal. Lovely views, nice big open living room to gather as a family, and super close to the beach. We had a great weekend!

Our New Favorite Place in Pacific City

We were so impressed by this house! We rent various beach houses up and down the Oregon Coast and this is definitely one of our favorites! The views of both the lake and the ocean were beautiful. Beach access is within a 3 minute walk. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need. The 3 levels were perfect for our entire group to have the space that they needed to relax. The kids and adults loved the closet of games. We always say that every house that we rent has a quirk...we couldn't find one with this house. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us for my daughter's birthday weekend.
