This stunning, architect-designed house is located just a five minute drive from Queenstown town centre and within 20 minutes to airport or the world-class ski resort of Coronet Peak. It's hard to describe the beauty of both the setting & the home without actually seeing it, as the owners & builder spent countless hours designing how to best capture the breath-taking lake & mountain views, and create an unforgettable stay.

The property comprises 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all equipped with quality fixtures, set over three levels. The main level features a modern living plan with an open kitchen, living and dining area. Entering in to the living area, your eyes are immediately drawn to the windows which look out to the expanse of the lake & mountains. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 2 counter stools – plenty of room for all guests.

Upstairs with unparalleled views and large floor to ceiling glass windows is the thoughtfully designed master bedroom. Incredible view to wake up to or watch the sunset! There are two additional bedrooms with a further bathroom. Partial lake views from the window in one of the rooms.

On the lower floor is a car garage with internal access.

This house can accommodate up to 6 adults plus 1 kid using the exiting bedding in three bedrooms.
