Perfect quiet spot

Room was great and location couldn't be better. Loved all the things to do and the beach and walking path were wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Loved this little condo

This condo was so cute. It was decorated in adorable beach decor. The place is small, but the space is used well, and it is well stocked and has everything you need for two people. We loved the pool and the landscaping around the pool. Very much an old Florida style feel! The price is great for being beachfront. Treasure Island is a beautiful, wide beach. It is quite a hike from the condos to the water so be prepared for a bit of a walk, but it's worth the effort. We will stay here again next time we visit the area.

Memorial week vacation

We got the email to check in and walked inside and found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor. The next evening , back from the all day beach day and had no water (for almost 3 hours) to shower. 2 days after that we had a live cockroach in the kitchen. The location was good but all that other was very dissapointing. Dont know if we'll come back to that VRBO. The price that we paid and then had all that happen... sorry!

They are very common in Florida they live on palm trees. Let's address the water. I informed all the guests the water would be shut off for 1 hour to fix a leak. Not once did you come to the office about a live bug in your room. Thank you, Allison

Treasure Island Get Away

This efficiency was clean, neat, compact and nicely decorated. It was very easy to check in and out. While small, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for meals. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was very clean and pleasant, as were the other guests. The walk to the beautiful beach was short, as described. We also enjoyed the walking path that runs parallel to the beach, behind the buildings (opposite side of Gulf Blvd). We took the Trolley to TuttoRosa restaurant for a great dinner and also walked to the Publix to grocery shop. Its also a nice walk across John's Pass to lots of shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Awesome Condo!

Come to find out these units are all individually owned, we were in #37! Very updated, clean and the decor was all beach and made for a nice stay! Everything you could possibly need was supplied, the kitchen was well equipped cooking if you so desired. Short five minute walk to the beach and absolutely close to everything you could possibly want to in the Gulf! Great restaurants, shopping and water sports within a 10 minute drive or less in any direction! The entire property is very well kept and the staff were so accommodating! Highly recommended and we will do it again! Awesome trip! Thank You!

Great location on a beautiful beach.

Very cute condo hotel on (very) wide, beautiful beach. Unit was on second floor with access via stairs. Unit was very small, basically a hotel room with a small kitchen. The kitchen was great for 2 people, you could eat at a bar/stool area. The bathroom was also very small (I am over 6 feet tall), but was fine for a week stay. The pool was heated and nice. The beach is the star, it is very nice. It is a fairly good walk to the beach, as the beach is actually getting wider in this area of Treasure Island. Another great feature is you can walk to most things you need - restaurants, bars, and a grocery store.
