Enjoy the beautiful meadow area of town! Nicely furnished with a great view, 2 bedroom with loft, 3 bathrooms; sleeps 8. Enjoy a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king with a TV. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with Double on bottom, twin on top and addition twin trundle with a flat screen TV. The loft has 2 twins, plus Queen bed with a private bath and a flat screen TV. The unit offers WiFi internet access. This unit is located near the Snowcreek Athletic Club and on the red shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. Also, use the Jacuzzi on site as well! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. I like that it is near the parking lot. Made it easier to unload and load. Comfortable furniture !

Mammoth Trip

Overall the property is of need of an update. Our front door handle fell off during stay and the maintenance team could not fix the issue. It was sub-zero temperatures during our stay and the windows would entirely close. Wood for using the fireplace was not covered and was useless for building fires.

Good location, needs updating

Overall the property was nice. Great location and plenty of space. However, it doesn’t appear that the owner has spent any real money updating items as needed. The screen door was ripped, there were large tears in one of the duvet covers, the coffee pot was broken (and while the management company brought us a new pot as the one there was cracked, the actual machine was just limping along) and took a solid 35 minutes to make roughly 8 cups. For the amount being spent on this unit I expected more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location. We had an issue with the cable/TV service which was resolved by the management company very quickly. A note to those who might be considering a stay greater than one week or so and bringing some of their own food: the main kitchen storage area is locked and cannot be used. Cupboards are available in the kitchen and the living room. Not as convenient but still usable. Washer and dryer are available, big plus again for staying longer than a weekend. We would most definitely rent this unit again.

Great location, easy check-in/ check out, clean and very well equipped! My family of 6 and a small dog enjoyed staying at this property so much. Will definitely come back!

Love the Meadow

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming up to Mammoth with our dogs every year for over a decade. We usually stay on the other side of the meadow, but had a hard time finding a place that took dogs. This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 dogs. The 2 bedroom and 3 bath was exactly as pictured in the photos. The bedrooms are comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. The location is perfect, on the meadow which is beautiful to walk and see deer in the evenings plus close to stores and restaurants. My only suggestion for renters is to bring soap products. We ran out of dishwasher soap and there is not any hand soap in the kitchen or soap for laundry. This is very minor and was easily fixed, so don't let it keep you for choosing this rental. An added benefit is that you get access to Snowcreek athletic center which is only a half a block away. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Ski Getaway

Location is a short drive to Eagle Lodge. Neighborhood is great and perfect for walking dogs. There is a park nearby as well. Cabin is nice and fit 6 of us comfortably. Kitchen has most everything you need - we cooked every day. Wood burning fireplace made for extra cozy evenings. We would stay here again.

My only suggestion is that additional packages of log starters be available, especially when it reaches freezing in Mammoth. One package failed to ignite the log (even though it was applied correctly) with left us with no package our second night.

August 2020 Stay

The condo is a nice place to stay with a few exceptions. When I booked, it indicated that it had WiFi access but it never did. I contacted customer service twice and they were unhelpful. My kids had school and I had work so it was really important to have WiFi access. Given the pandemic, mostly everyone is working remotely. Customer care told me that they only had one carrier in mammoth but when I checked with them, there were no connectivity problems at all in mammoth during our stay. They advertise WiFi but they make you sign an agreement indicating that it’s not guaranteed after you have booked the room with no cancellations allowed. I could understand if there was a storm or power outage but none of that happened. It was the neglect of the owner or the management company I’m not providing service. I incurred hundreds of dollars with my cellular company for hotspot charges. This was unacceptable to me and I even tried reaching out to management after my stay but no response. False advertisement is not okay

My only complaint is that the laminate floors were very dirt as well as the throw rugs. After walking around in bare feet the bottoms of your feet were black. That's not acceptable. You need to check on your cleaning crews!!
