Very outdated and old
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The photos make the apartment look much nicer than it is. It's very old, dark and run down. There was a strong odor when we walked in and it never went away. While things looked clean, everything was just very old and dated. We did have a roof leak in the master bedroom which caused us to leave early. Water was leaking through window directly onto an electric wall heater which posed a danger. The loft upstairs is NOT for smaller kids. The bunk bed is squished right next to a short wall that if your child makes one wrong move climbing down, they could fall onto the lower floor about 12 feet down. Very dicey. They reimbursed us for half a day because of the leak. Management was responsive and the wall heaters in the main living areas worked well. Appreciated the covered parking as well.
