4 Villas entirely for you and your extended family - the perfect holiday

Chocolate Gannets is an award winning luxury accommodation in the heart of the Great Ocean Road. Please note this listing is for FOUR villas, up to 16 guests.

Chocolate Gannets has four villas: 2 Seafront and 2 Garden Villas. Seafront villas have amazing beach & ocean views and Garden Villas enjoy partial ocean views that rival most coastal holiday rentals.

Each of our villas has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, so 8 bedrooms and bathrooms in total. One of the bedrooms in each villa can be set up either as a king bed or as two single beds. We can also organise to setup one or two blow up beds in each Villa, which means that the total amount of guests can be 16 adults + 8 children/young adults on blowup beds, distributed across four separate villas.

Being able to book all villas for the same group/extended family is an amazing opportunity to have that special holiday together. Having four separate villas also allows for that amount of privacy that makes long extended family stays so much more fun and flexible.

There is a strict no party policy (we do not allow hens, bucks, schoolies/young groups, etc).
