Baydream on the Beach - With Breathtaking Water Views

Boasting breathtaking water views over Port Stephens harbour, this property sleeps up to 10 guests (max 8 adults), is a short stroll to The Anchorage, and is only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay's CBD and marina.

This contemporary duplex enjoys penthouse position occupying the entire top floor and taking full advantage of the panoramic sea vista. The white sands of this pretty curved beach are just meters from the property, separated only by a lovely grassy reserve. This location and beach is perfect for families with young children. The sheltered harbour beach with calm waters often has dolphins swimming close by the shoreline. The grassy reserve, to the right of the holiday home, meanders around the coastline for a few hundred meters until it comes to another beach, and you can continue onto Nelson Bay. Less than 100m to the left of the home is a waterfront playground full of kids play equipment, and a paved path that winds its way through the waterfront reserve for until it reaches another delightful kids playground and the famous Anchorage.

Baydream on the Beach has a large open plan deluxe kitchen, dining and lounge room with high ceilings and windows taking in all the gorgeous north facing sunlight. Sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor deck where you can relax on the comfy outdoor furniture and use the BBQ to cook up bacon and egg brekkies or fish you've caught from the beach.

The large master bedroom has an ensuite and king sized bed. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has two long singles that can be zipped together to form a king bed if preferred. Bedroom 4 can also act as a second living area, as it has a TV and sofa bed (which can sleep up to 2 kids) and two long single beds, and it has direct access onto its own balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.

Baydream on the Beach is fully air conditioned, has 1 single lockup garage and a laundry with a washer/dryer. Only a few minutes drive away is Salamander Bay's shopping complex, and Nelson Bay's boutique shops, restaurants, fresh seafood markets and the D'Albora Marina, where you can hop on dolphin and whale watching cruises.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen.

BOND Baydream has a refundable bond of $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
