Following the gated road path along the vineyard, secluded by hillside trees, you will arrive at the villa.
The lux residence (170m2) comprises two levels and it comes with ample terraces and flower gardens, a private pool (50 m2) with children’s section, plus an-open air Jacuzzi.

Villa Layout:
GROUND FLOOR:
*The main entrance opens into a spacious open plan, air conditioned living/dining area with fine marble floors, fireplace, large dining table and a lounge offering a 42” HD TV with Netflix .
*At the same level you can find a fully-equipped kitchen, offering a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans, quality dishware plus children’s dishware, filter /espresso coffee machine, and more.
The kitchen comes with condiments, local products, plus a selection of award-winning Cretan wines for you to enjoy!
*Bedroom 1: This bedroom offers twin beds (which can be united to accommodate a couple), privately controlled air condition, wardrobe, and has a veranda door opening to the garden/terrace.
*Bathroom 1: This bathroom is next to the bedroom, and it offers a shower, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
FIRST FLOOR:
Following the marble staircase to the first floor, you will find two Master Bedrooms, with en-suite Bathrooms:
*The First Master Bedroom offers queen size bed, air condition, walk-in closet and balcony overlooking the pool, offering panoramic views. There is en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
*The Second Master Bedroom offers queen size bed, air condition, two balconies with pool and mountain views. There is en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
*On the first level, you can also find a cozy, small lounge with a sofa, ideal for reading a book in privacy.
* Along the first level there is a spacious veranda with an outdoor lounge overlooking the pool and the amazing landscape.

The residence offers Air Condition throughout, HD TV with Netflix, Blue Ray, wi-fi internet connection, iron/ironing board, safety boxes, top quality mattresses and linen, pool towels, washing machine, smoke detectors, automatic night lightening, etc.

The property’s large private pool 5m X10 m (with separate section for children) and open air Jacuzzi are surrounded by a spacious patio with sunbeds and an outdoor shower; there is also a built-in barbecue and wood-burning oven, as well as shaded terraces with outdoor lounges and dining sets to enjoy your dinner al fresco, gardens with flowers, trees and grapevines in a private, secluded plot of 3.000m2.
The property is gated to offer privacy and security; it offers panoramic unobstructed views of the sea and mountains. Automatic night lightening is included.
