"Freedom on Sunset Strip" Absolute Sea Front Home

"Freedom" is beach shack chic with 180 degree views of Inyadda beach, providing relaxed, light and airy coastal comfort. East facing cliff front beach house constructed in the 60's, renovated in the 90's and recently refreshed.

Unwind on the expansive ground floor Sea Deck or relax on the first floor Sun Room and take in the stunning and unadulterated sea view to commence your holiday journey to "Freedom on Sunset Strip".

Large sea deck and sun room to the East, veranda to the West with bathrooms on each level.

Ground floor is open plan living with kitchen, dining, lounges with TV and bathroom. First Floor has separate lounge room with 65" TV, large Sun Room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with 1/2 bath and west facing veranda.

If you choose to cook the kitchen is fitted with electric cook top/oven, dishwasher and microwave. You can take in the sea views whilst preparing your meals.

- Bed linen provided (3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds, 1 double bed)
- Portable Webber Gas BBQ for easy holiday dinners
- Free WIFI
- Security camera monitoring to street front of home
- Beach access to Inyadda Beach is a 1 minute walk

Bendalong Hub Cafe and The Deli at Cunjurong Point a short 20 min walk or 5 minute drive from our home.

Tennis courts, skate park, basketball court and soccer field located in Manyana although you need to bring your own equipment.

* You must be over 21 & provide copy of current Drivers License at time of booking
* Bath & bath beach towels not provided
* Maximum 6 people including Children of all ages
* Additional per night charge will apply for more than 6 people @ $170 per night
* Pets are not permitted without prior arrangement, additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applicable
* Parties are not allowed, including Hens & Bucks
* Minimum 3-4 night booking, maximum 7 nights. Over 7 nights by request with additional fees & conditions applicable.
* Electric Vehicle fee applicable @ $15 per day or by negotiation if discussed before your stay
* If observed additional people, pets, EV charging, etc. the applicable fee charge will be deducted from withholding bond.

Once payment is received the House Rules + Terms and Conditions apply and is your acceptance of same.

Our stay here by far is as such a Beautiful trip. The house had everything and was very well kept by the host. Best feature by far was the balcony views of the beach. Will definitely be coming again.

Spectacular view and lovely cliff house

Freedom on Sunset Set is in a perfect location! Situated right on the beach. You can walk directly to the beach from the house. The view from the house it perfect from every angle!The house itself was immaculately clean, from the floors, walls, kitchen and the utensils / appliances. The pillows were fluffy and linens clean and comfy! Cindi was a perfect property manager, responsive and easy to communicate with. We did not have any issues getting into the house or connecting to the wifi. The property is a must stay for a friends getaway to a family vacation. Hope to visit again soon! Thank you Cindi

Wonderful Stay & Amazing Views

Thank you Cindi for sharing your holiday home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Freedom on Sunset Strip. The house was comfortable & had everything we needed for 2 people. The ocean views are amazing from the house and the back deck. The proximity to the beach was also very good. Cindi was friendly, helpful and responded promptly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

One of the best places we stayed facing the ocean

This place is clean and tidy located on a very quiet street with an amazing panoramic view of the ocean, very quiet, peaceful beach right in front of you. The manager was so respectful and helpful and answered every question within seconds. The house has everything you need in it. We will definitely be back to stay in this lovey beach house.

The location is sensational.

House was comfortable and the cleanliness was exceptional. The views from the property were simply amazing and unbeatable, plus the walk down the beach was also big bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with enough pots/pans/ cutlery etc for home cooked meals. We had lovely welcome gift from the owner. Very easy and friendly communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend.

Freedom on Sunset Strip

What a hidden gem, the location just couldn't be better, for a quite relaxing break. Stunning view over Inyadda Beach. Perfect spot for surf, swim, fishing and dipping toes in the crystal clear water. 2 local cafes The Hub and the Deli were ideal for topping up on any essentials. We had a wonderful stay for 5 days and the house had all you could want.

Hidden gem

Wonderful house in a picturesque location. The beachfront deck will not be beaten in the whole of Manyana, absolutely stunning. Wow! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed staying here. We have stayed in a lot of places over our time and this one has to be up there with one of the best. The perfect getaway.

This lovely home is perfectly situated with its sun filled deck overlooking the pristine Inyadda beach. We loved watching the sun rise, dolphins pass buy, and fishermen (and women) try their luck, all from the deck. The property is clean, beautifully furnished, and ticked all our boxes. There is no A/C but each bedroom is fitted with ceiling fan so quite comfortable. Thank you Cindi for your excellent communication and for making us feel very welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!

Amazing!!!

Wow... This was one of the best holidays houses our family have ever been to!! The house, the view, the beaches, the town and the sound of the ocean when you go to bed is just dreamy... It was the perfect place to relax for us. The host gave us great information on what to expect, what to bring and gave us a list of things to do in the surrounding areas. Our kids (and I) had such a great time exploring the many things to do in the area. The house was beautiful, clean, well laid out, great interior furnishings and everything is provided. The only compliant from my wife was that I didn’t book for longer!!! I can defiantly recommend and we will defiantly be back!!

Amazing stay at Freedom!

We spent 4 nights with friends at Freedom on Sunset Strip in January 2024. The house was beautifully appointed and well set up with everything we needed. We loved the gated parking right at the door and quick access to the beach. Beach access is just a short stroll (1 minute) down to the public beach carpark and path. The beach was quiet and picturesque. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, crockery, glassware and basic condiments which made it easy to cook home made meals during our stay. The highlight for us was waking up to the incredible view every morning. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and spent the evenings relaxing on the deck as the sun went down. Cindi was a great host with excellent communication throughout our booking and our stay. The complimentary chocolates and wine was a thoughtful touch to kick off our summer holiday. Thanks Cindi for a terrific stay in your beautiful house!

Traumhafte Lage in erster Reihe

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick, welches super sauber und sehr gepflegt ist. Das Haus ist sehr schön geschnitten und wir (2 Erwachsenen + Kinder 18/18/16/7) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und alles hat supergeklappt. Ausflugstip: Rochenfüttern am Strand "Boat Harbour Beach" (Bendalong Point). Fische kann man im im Laden an der Tankstelle vor Ort kaufen!!!

Uninterrupted ocean views

The photos do not do justice for this house - the view from the balcony, lounge, and upstairs is absolutely amazing!! Floor to ceiling glass windows with uninterrupted ocean views, beautiful pink and purple sunsets and the rising moon was enormous! Cindi was very accommodating and responsive - always texted back quickly. She even prepared two high chairs with splash mats for our two toddlers. Only thing to note is that this is a regional beach town so the nearest place for restaurants and large supermarkets is in Huskisson about 40min drive. We brought a lot of our own food so that wasn’t an issue.

Great family spot. 3 boys under 9 had a great time with extremely close access to the beach. Mum and Dad also had a great time. Cant wait to go back!

'Feedom' at Manyana

Great property! The position, ambience and aspect was phenomenal and the view is spectacular. The overall impression was extremely clean, welcoming and fresh. I would highly recommend this house.

A beach house you could stay for the entire summer

We only booked 3 Sunset Strip for two weeks this December and wished we’d booked for a lot lot longer. Hard to leave because the position is 10/10 and It’s exactly what you want a beach house to be. The best part was laying in bed watching the sun rise!!! Heaven! We’d love to stay again!!! The O’Briens of Gladesville
