Regarding the bins, we do kindly ask guests to assist with putting them out when scheduled during their stay, as noted in the guest guidebook. This is standard for holiday homes and helps maintain cleanliness for all guests. As for the fan concerns, once reported, our team promptly contacted an electrician. Unfortunately, access delays can occur when owner approval is required for repairs, and we regret that this impacted your comfort. In the interim, offering a loan fan was intended to provide a practical solution while awaiting further action. We agree the situation could have been better managed and will review how we can improve response coordination in cases where timely access to trades or approvals is needed.
