Matt, what a fantastic review — thank you! We're so glad you made the most of Villa Florida Palms, from the heated pool and spa and the lanai to grilling out, watching the game, and kayaking the canals right from the dock. Hearing it ranks among your favorites after dozens of Cape Coral homes means the world to us, and we'd love to welcome you and your wife back anytime!

It is unfortunate you did not enjoy your stay as many others have. Would like to remind guests that this is someones private residence and not a hotel or pure investment property. The additional charge for pool/spa heating is stated in the description of the property read by guests prior to booking. We are asked by all owners to collect for pool heating to cover the additional cost of pool heat operation as it can become very costly. Others will charge you for electricity. As the PM we do not receive any of the money for pool heating and the owners do not profit from it either as the expense (deterioration, maintenance, utilities) outweighs the charge. There were no issues voiced by the guest during our check-in visit, no phone calls, texts, or emails during the guests stay. There were also no maintenance requires made through our guest portal. The guest sent a blank email with a garbled .txt file attached on the day of their check-OUT which mentioned the ants. The property is on a quarterly pest control plan which has taken care of any pest issues.

Thank you so much, Sarah! We're thrilled Villa Florida Palms exceeded your expectations and gave you everything you needed for a great stay. We can't wait to welcome you back!

Thank you so much for your 5 Star Review of Villa Florida Palms! So happy the property was everything you were hoping for and more. We look forward to hosting you on your next visit!
