The advertised price is for a couple and clean linen in one room with either a double or queen bed. Additional +$25 per additional booked guest to cover additional associated costs. Two downstairs rooms with double beds (the larger one has a fraction lower ceiling and single bed also),
Queen bed in the upstairs room. Open plan kitchen and living upstairs. Bathroom + separate toilet downstairs.

The couch in nook can fold out into a bed if extra guests needed please advise.

Please bring some tennis balls as there's an honesty box donation if you'd like to play at the court across the road (4x basic racquets avail). A Paddle Board and double kayak are also avail - bring life jackets if you feel you'd need them..
