Fantastic stay, we even extended

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Outrigger 10, the condo was comfortable and has a great location. Already looking to book again next year. RVA is great to work with. The ONLY knock would be the kitchen utensils which is petty, but that is how much we enjoyed everything else.

Hope to not have to rent this place again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is in a great location but for the amount we paid for a week the condition was not acceptable. Starting with the front door rusted and dirty. You walk in and you are hit with a musty smell each time you walk in. The refrigerator is rusted along with the microwave. We did not use the drawers because when I opened them there were dead bugs inside. The bed sheets had stains. I should have called but I was so upset and figured they must not care because we came in with it looking like that so we decided to get through the week and not go back! We did report everything upon leaving when turning in the keys

It looks like they are working on updating it. But the location says at all.

Outrigger unit 10

The first thing I can say is the unit was very outdated it was like traveling back in time it was dirty coffee maker was broke alarm clock fell apart in my hand one of the TVs blew up in the bedroom which I can say was replaced that day. Really couldn’t believe how dirty it was on the upside the neighborhood was great nice and quiet view the view was beautiful the location of the pool was great overall I will give you the place a 3 out of 10. Really need updating if you wanted to relax and watch Tv good luck. I would definitely come back and stay again but not in this unit

Beach house

Loved the easy access to the beach. Also, we could walk to a small shopping area and church! Beautiful sunsets from our porch.

The room was run down- it needed to be renovated ( maybe painted and NEW verticals). The table and chairs in the dining room were loose and dangerous. Even the pots and pans were in poor condition. The cleanliness could be improved- the sheets and pillowcases were thread bare. The only saving grace is the view from the lanai, but we would not return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A few comments:1. Bathtub was very slippery 2. Replace/add light over dining table - very dark3. Various window blinds had non-working cords and/or broken slats on vertical blinds in living room4. It would be helpful to have kitchen dish soap to wash pans and plates that don’t need to go in dishwasher - also a dish rag or two.Had a great time - thanks!

Great location, maintenance issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was perfect for beach time enjoyment. However, upon arriving, the room was hot....78 deg. It was then that we learned the A/C temp could not be set below 75. The condo rarely got to the temp for the whole week and was usually at 78 to 79 deg. A further examination revealed 3 to 4 missing slats on vertical much for nighttime privacy. There were 2 rat traps in the utility closet. We had called ahead after reading a review in this subject and were told the problem was taken care of. On the last night there, the garbage disposal backed up, filling both sinks with dirty water. We called for service. No one could come till 9 am. We were checking out at 11 am.
