We enjoyed our stay—everything was great and very clean. The only issue was the smoke alarm going off sometimes when the door was left open for a few minutes, which was annoying, but otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you very much; we would recommend it.

Property met all our needs (family of 5). The property was very clean - zero issues. Positives: very easy, short walk to the beach and the park. Plenty of parking. There was a storage closet I was able to put the car top carrier in for the week which was a surprise! Easiest check-in I’ve experienced. Pull out couch had a comfortable mattress! Opportunities: Condition of the unit felt a bit older because of very minor things - some cracked floor tiles, missing sink plug stopper in one bathroom…nothing significant. Would definitely rent here again without hesitation.

Duplex near the beach

Very nice place to stay to enjoy Annamarie Island. Centrally located, place was clean and comfortable,And hosts were very nice. Enjoy your stay!

Fantastic Location & Great Value!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, easy beach access 2 blocks away and bay access 1 block away. Very friendly neighborhood and nice, comfortable accommodations!!

Anna Maria getaway retreat

What a perfect location! Two blocks from a beautiful secluded beach! Everything you need is provided, including a very comfy king size bed!! Pet friendly too, which is always appreciated!

Great vacation house

First time to Anna Maria Island and we loved it!! The house was in a great neighborhood, close walk to the beach. They had everything you needed for a nice day on the beach! Will definitely book again!!

Clean and soothing

We had a spectacular stay. The place was clean and so homey. The communication with the property manager was wonderful. A leisurely walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). It had all the essentials and more.

BEACH TRIP

Everything was perfect. The place was very nice and accomodating and close to the beach. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how to work the washer/dryer. I was never able to make it work.

Good location

Had a good stay. The only problems for me 1- internet connection braking several times. 2- Slow communication with owners, couldn’t get them on the phone, and slow online response.

Paradise

We loved our visit to Bradenton Beach!!! The lil beach town is so quaint!! The lil park a block away was so nice! The white sands and beautiful water! The beach cart was handy and the toys a hit!! Lil issues were: needed a separate app to communicate with property management. Suggestions: leave directions for washer/ dryer combo and tv remotes.

We had lunch in the park as the manatees swam by,after we spent the morning at the beach. It was a great place to stay. Maybe some beach chairs and umbrella would have helped enhance the experience.

Management was impossible to get ahold of without calling the emergency line. Information in the property information in the app was incorrect about checking in (key pickup process was explained when we had a keypad) and the directions are linked to the incorrect location (a few blocks north of the actual house.

Great location. Near the Beach.

Everything was great! Just a few items I would add to the property. A vacuum. I swiffer wet jet. More tp and paper towels. I had a hard time keeping up with sand, with just a broom. I full size iron. And an umbrella for front porch. Lastly i believe the write up said there where beach chairs, and a wagon. We could not find any. The people on the front had some. Luckily we have friends close by bowered chairs and wagon from them. Thank you for the stay. We had a very good time.

The rental was cute and beachy and relaxing. I rented it for my daughter and grandaughter.

The neighbor in back if the house was off-putting. He was inebriated on more than one occasion and trying to interact. When they first arrived he started to follow them up the stairs until my daughter asked him what he was doing. Also the washer dryer did not work. We had to call for wifi access but the island rental office gave us the wifi the next day. My daughter and grandaughter just went thru the hurricane and had no electricity at home so it was a nice relief to have that. And the apt is really cute and cozy.
