This is a lovely place with gorgeous views of mountains and a short walk to the lovely downtown area. It should be noted there are 2 flights of stairs, one takes you to the main living area, bedroom & den, the other to the master bedroom and hot tub. All beds were comfortable and provided towels while handy, missed out on face cloths on the main level. We were disappointed in the basic kitchen supplies. Almost every pan, pot & baking sheet showed severe wear and tear with deep scratches and burnt areas. Happily we had packed tinfoil so we were able to make the sheet pans usable. There was none of this or any form of storage wrap in the unit. Spices were limited to salt & pepper. There was a nice supply of tea, coffee, sugars & powdered creamer. The unit was tidy, bathrooms were clean, but a ventilation cover was heavily coated in dust and hair in the living room, so some cleaning had been overlooked. The main floor shower temperature control cover fell off on first use and bulbs were missing in the dining room light making it dull for playing games at the table. The underground parking was a bonus and handy to the elevator. The building was quiet, the restaurant on site had good food and service. We did not use the public pool or hot tub. We did use the unit hot tub. It was nice but we had some difficulty putting the lid back on as there was no easy way to grab it.Emily was quick to respond to any question or concern; check in and out were seamless.
