On the main floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a full-size bed. This tranquil space provides a peaceful haven for relaxation after a long day of exploration and adventure.

Upstairs, the Queen Master bedroom awaits, offering a luxurious escape with its comfortable queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Next, there is a delightful bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. This charming space is perfect for families or groups of friends.
The highlight of this magnificent home is the Master King bedroom. Indulge in the utmost luxury and comfort of the king-size bed, and revel in the opulence of the ensuite bathroom. This private retreat is designed to exceed your expectations.
For the younger members of your group or those young at heart, the next bedroom offers a playful atmosphere with a full bunk bed. The final bedroom features two full-size beds, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older.

we offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.

The house was quite nice. There were a few things that needed repair however the responses from IHM were extremely quick. They responded to emails lightning fast and sent repair people promptly. A couple of wear and tear issues probably normal for a rental property. Overall quite satisfied.

Amazing stay

Everything looked exactly like the picture the only problem we had was getting through the gate everytime we left the barcode didn’t want to work but overall the stay was amazing and I will for sure book here again.

For the price I paid it was awful,place was not clean,pool was dirty was 3 days before we could get in it,hot tub was just as bad water level kept going down til you almost didn't have any.Blackmold on wi dow seals upstairs.hair in bathroom on floor.some kind of bugs came in the window on the side where u raise them.blinds on win D own downstairs fell off when opened held up with duck tape called for maintenance 3 or 4 time no one came pool guy came once housekeeping never did show up.I have been going to Fla.every yr.for6 or.7yrs never had problem til this time.this was the worst.we sent Pic to office they ask for of everything so they have proof.never again.

Regarding the pool, the issue shown was minimal, but we still arranged for the pool technician to inspect and ensure everything was in proper condition. Some of the other items mentioned reflect normal wear and tear that can occur over time despite regular maintenance. Regarding the debris reported, this was located outside around the property rather than inside the home and may sometimes be affected by external factors beyond housekeeping control. Even so, we always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible and improve our guests’ experience. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue improving our service.-DA

Overall good stay

We stayed at this property with 3 family’s and there was soooo much room! We enjoyed our time at the house, but my only complaint would be there was not enough cookware in the kitchen very minimal. Would definitely return, plus the beds were super comfortable!!

Great for a weekend stay for a good sized family

We had family visiting from Mexico for the week and decided to do something special so we booked this house for a weekend at the beginning of their trip. They really liked and as we waited at the airport at the end of their trip they were still talking about the fun we had at the house. Thanks for helping make their trip fun and memorable.

Excellent and would return

The property was a perfect fit for our group of 18! It was actually a lot bigger in person than the look online. Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities! So close to all of the Disney/Universal/Seaworld parks! Would definitely rent again!

Ample space

This place was huge! Plenty of room for everyone. There was hair left on the shower wall in one bathroom and used false eyelashes on the living room floor. The master bed and the bedroom downstairs sink in when you sleep may need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time! Loved the water park in the subdivision and the pool was great at the house!

Enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful property for our family and friends to stay, super spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beds, really nice pool! The only thing that was a bummer was the back patio and pool is directly under the master bedroom therefore you can hear everything if people are hanging out by the pool. Otherwise it was wonderful stay and we would return! :)

Awesome experience

The experience was great. Anytime I sent a message they responded timely. I will be renting from your establishment again. Thank you for a great family Thanksgiving holiday. The only negative was the parking pass/getting in and out of the gate was a bit tedious.

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home to stay in! The club house area was very nice with a pool, bar, and splash pad are for the kids. Everything was great and plenty of parking available. The only issue I had was trying to get anything from the property manager like a broom or sponge to wash the dishes. I was told they would bring it but never received either after requesting the items for two days.Overall, it’s a great stay and I wouldn’t mind returning.Highly recommended!

Perfect home

Everything was great just as listed. The only unfortunate part is that some of the showers did not any water pressure. But overall it was an amazing time with family and would highly recommend to everyone. We will return.

Nice home

The property was great and the amenities were as well. The property manager was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue we had was there wasn’t a broom but there was a dustpan. But that doesn’t take away from my 5 star review.

The pictures aren’t accurate. The pool deck is no longer sleek and clean. There is no large patio table for several to sit at and only two lounge chairs provide provided. The wicker table found on the deck is collecting black mold. The couch also is very uncomfortable and dated. Before we left, we had to have the batteries changed in the remotes, so TVs would work properly, some satellite receivers did not work, we stayed for 14 days in the pool was cleaned once and we had to ask them to come refill it so it would filter properly. There are only five bathrooms, but within the description it states twice that there are 6. We had a broken toaster, broken garbage can, and we purchased washing cloths for the sink. We’ve been to Florida multiple times and it was not a successful experience for us. I will say the property manager did try to relocate us, but they’re houses were fully booked. Other than that, we will not book through this host again.

There was only a minor typo in one section where “6” was mistakenly mentioned, but all accurate descriptions reflect 5 bathrooms. In regard to the TVs, they were fully functional, and we do not provide subscription channels; guests use their own streaming or accounts. When any issue was reported, we sent maintenance each time to address it promptly. We also want to note that whenever concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, our team responded and dispatched maintenance accordingly. In addition, a refund was provided to help compensate for the inconvenience experienced. Spacious Rental

It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and meticulously clean. Loved having access to the resort, as it occupied the kids for hours while the adults were able to soak up some leisure time. Location was great w/ a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. Host should include that check-in is gate specific and list the street name that has a gate attendee. Lots of entrances and became a little confusing but I don't believe that lessened our stay or experience. Host was communicative and responded quickly any time we had a question. We will be saving this listing for future stays!
