Pontos negativos: Precisão do anúncio
The house had a hot tub and a grill that we thought were included in the price to stay but were in fact extra fees each. The house was reasonably clean on the surface but there were several things left from previous guests and messes in a few areas of the house. Several things in the house were in poor shape or quality and fell apart, namely the blinds fell apart just by simply moving them to one side, the cooking utensils were of poor quality and made cooking just about anything somewhat difficult. The furniture in a couple rooms were also a bit beaten up and not in great shape but they weren’t quite a hazard either. The rooms and beds were good quality and we did have enough towels and blankets that were clean, and the washer and dryer were very good. The WiFi was pretty good, and the TV’s were also good quality. There is also plenty of space in the house for a lot of people to be comfortable at least. The host was responsive and did tell us to forward any issues to them. All in all, there were a lot of small issues that added up to make the house stay a bit more difficult than we would have liked, the kitchen was an issue to the point where we had to go out and buy our own pans and utensils just to make it work better. The added fees for things we thought were included were not fun to deal with; we didn’t attempt to use the other “amenities” due to the possibility of extra costs and the fact that we didn’t even know where they were.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent stay. We're thrilled to hear that your experience was amazing and that our accommodations lived up to the expectations set by the pictures. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the gate barcode. Occasionally, the community's gate scanner can be a bit finicky. However, we've found that adjusting the size of the QR code, whether slightly increasing or decreasing it, often helps the scanner read it more reliably. We appreciate your patience in dealing with this issue. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're grateful that you're willing to book with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back and ensuring that your next stay is equally fantastic, minus any gate-related hiccups. If you have any other questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

The house was quite nice. There were a few things that needed repair however the responses from IHM were extremely quick. They responded to emails lightning fast and sent repair people promptly. A couple of wear and tear issues probably normal for a rental property. Overall quite satisfied.

Overall good stay

We stayed at this property with 3 family’s and there was soooo much room! We enjoyed our time at the house, but my only complaint would be there was not enough cookware in the kitchen very minimal. Would definitely return, plus the beds were super comfortable!!

Great for a weekend stay for a good sized family

We had family visiting from Mexico for the week and decided to do something special so we booked this house for a weekend at the beginning of their trip. They really liked and as we waited at the airport at the end of their trip they were still talking about the fun we had at the house. Thanks for helping make their trip fun and memorable.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. When your concerns were reported, our team worked to address them as promptly as possible. Regarding the pool, the issue shown was minimal, but we still arranged for the pool technician to inspect and ensure everything was in proper condition. Some of the other items mentioned reflect normal wear and tear that can occur over time despite regular maintenance. Regarding the debris reported, this was located outside around the property rather than inside the home and may sometimes be affected by external factors beyond housekeeping control. Even so, we always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible and improve our guests’ experience. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue improving our service.-DA

Enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful property for our family and friends to stay, super spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beds, really nice pool! The only thing that was a bummer was the back patio and pool is directly under the master bedroom therefore you can hear everything if people are hanging out by the pool. Otherwise it was wonderful stay and we would return! :)

Ample space

This place was huge! Plenty of room for everyone. There was hair left on the shower wall in one bathroom and used false eyelashes on the living room floor. The master bed and the bedroom downstairs sink in when you sleep may need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time! Loved the water park in the subdivision and the pool was great at the house!

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home to stay in! The club house area was very nice with a pool, bar, and splash pad are for the kids. Everything was great and plenty of parking available. The only issue I had was trying to get anything from the property manager like a broom or sponge to wash the dishes. I was told they would bring it but never received either after requesting the items for two days.Overall, it’s a great stay and I wouldn’t mind returning.Highly recommended!

Spacious Rental

It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and meticulously clean. Loved having access to the resort, as it occupied the kids for hours while the adults were able to soak up some leisure time. Location was great w/ a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. Host should include that check-in is gate specific and list the street name that has a gate attendee. Lots of entrances and became a little confusing but I don't believe that lessened our stay or experience. Host was communicative and responded quickly any time we had a question. We will be saving this listing for future stays!
