Thank you for your detailed review. We appreciate your valuable feedback and have sent your suggestions over to the owner of the home. They were working on exterior updates this summer such as a new exterior paint job that was just completed along with new irrigation for the grassy areas of the yard. We will work to address the windows not functioning properly. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the highlights of the property, including the well-stocked kitchen, the main living room, and the outdoor amenities. Your comments about the location and pricing are also helpful for us to consider. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, and your input will help us enhance the overall quality of the property. We look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future at any of our NW Comfy Cabins.

Thank you so much Gayle for sharing your feedback! So excited you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you back. I so wish you would have called during your stay about the tub we could have sent someone out to add cold water and ensure the temp was set correctly AND we will get those bushes trimmed. Your feedback is super important. Thank you again for sharing and look forward to having you stay with us again at NW Comfy Cabins.

Brittany, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us at the All Seasons Getaway. We are so happy to hear the house meet your needs and then some. We are so sorry the VRBO app does not allow for a property manager's such as ourselves with integrated software to use their app for communication. I will pass this on again to our account manager how helpful this would be to cut down on the emails. We hope to host you again at NW Comfy Cabins in the future.
