We loved everything about this condo! I recommend it 100% beautiful decor, clean, great location, nice pool, splash pad for toddlers, bbq area, storage and car port to keep it off the sun! Pet friendly, beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys... everything was awesome. I will definitely come back when visiting Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful, well decorated place. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Including a good selection of family games and kids beach toys The beds were very comfortable. And the screened in lanai area was nicely laid out for early morning coffees and family game evenings.We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again for longer next time.
Really nice pool setup with a great view
Love the full opening doors leading out to the lanai, made the room feel huge

Great getaway

Super location for a family of 4, about as close to the island as you can get without being directly on the island. $15 Uber ride to just about any restaurant on the island. Will visit again

Beautiful Spot

We absolutely love this spot. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The pool is lovely, the property is well managed and very clean. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location, amazing, safe property!

I truly cannot wait to return. We had the best time and it was nice to have the kitchen stocked with all the essentials. The unit (and beds !) were so comfortable. A++

This condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our only minor set back was locating our condo. This was mitigated with maps ,verbal communication by the leasing team. All of Ana Marie Island is semi difficult to navigate with a large truck and boat attached. Highly suggest renting a golf cart. Love this condo 5 star experience.

Wonderful Stay

It is a very quick and easy drive across the bridge to the island and we easily found beach parking each day. The grounds of the property are also well maintained with a beautiful pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Upscale Condo Development

Plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. Large sitting and gathering areas. Very clean and updated. Location is not directly on AMI, but very close. Easy access to all parts of the island & Bradenton. 10 minutes to downtown Bradenton Beach, 10 minutes to Anna Maria, 15 minutes to downtown Bradenton.

Mother/ daughter weekend

We loved the proximity to AMI, but enjoyed the relaxation and quiet it offered away from the hustle and bustle of the island. It was a great place to relax after enjoying the island activities for the day. The proximity to Bradenton was perfect for picking up a grocery order. The condo and the property were clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool in the complex and the proximity to the Compass bar and restaurant as well. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

We did not have a blender that the description stated; all I had to do was call and they came with a new blender that day! The beds were comfortable furniture, and the screened in porch was very nice. Overall I have not one complaint. Island Vacation Properties were helpful during the entire process.

Breath of Fresh Air

Unit is very clean and smells fresh when you arrive, this was refreshing considering it is a pet friendly rental. There is plenty of room for families. The chairs and sofa are very comfortable. Good view from the balcony of the complex you can see into the distance between the other buildings. There is a big palm tree that partially obstructs the view, it is still good though. Check in is at a different location about 1 mile from the unit to get the keys. Island vacation properties is the managing agent for the unit they have the keys there. You will not be disappointed. Just make sure you bring extra paper towels and toilet paper if you are staying for more than a few days.

Absolutely fabulous!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My four adult daughters and I had a "girls weeks". As soon as we walked into the condo we were more than pleased. Everything was perfect, the decor was tastefully done, the location was close to many beaches and restaurants and shops were available and close by. We had a minor problem with the FOB key not working but it was corrected quickly. All the amenities you would want. We will definitely be going back next year. Thank you soooo much for a wonderful week. Every aspect of this condo was a 5+.

An excellent stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I recently spent most of the month of December in 392-201. It was our second time staying in this particular unit and once again it suited us to a tee. Not only is the design decor pleasing to the eye, everything from the beds to the living room furniture to the outdoor furniture is very comfortable. This trip the owners provided a nice touch by putting up a Christmas tree and hanging stockings prior to our arrival. A nice surprise! Once again our dealings with Island Vacation Properties were a pleasure. We have rented from them numerous times and have always found their staff to be professional and personable. This combination of quality property and first rate rental company is a winner!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice property. Unit itself seemed very sparse with amenities that were to be included in the rental fee. Undercover parking was used by the owner, kitchen barely had any cooking/serving items ( we had to ask the management company), no grilling tools, carpet in master was dirty, when we arrived the unit hadn't been cleaned even though we received the keys from the management company. Overall, not a great place to spend 5 weeks.
