We were blessed to stay here in a clean, comfortable, and warm home with an awesome kitchen we were able to cook our own food. A big backyard that our two dogs loved running around and playing in.

This was a really nice place to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, and had really pretty dishes, some of which were Pioneer Woman brand. There was also a cupboard with some spices which was helpful. Lots of pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable. We just used one of the king-sized beds and borrowed some extra pillows and blankets from other beds as needed. Our only problem was the TV in the living room. It had flashing lights on the screen along the top, and sometimes there were images from what you watched previously in the background of what you were currently watching. There was a second TV in another bedroom, but it basically was set for only Roku, and my husband couldn't get that working. Eventually he got youtube and some other streaming channels working but it was not intuitive. Not that you need the TV all the time, but we do like to relax and watch TV at night. If someone is using the bedroom with the TV, you wouldn't really have a way to watch. We informed the owner and he said a previous renter had informed him, but he was out of state so had not yet had a chance to do anything about it.

We're so glad you enjoyed the kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the overall stay. We're sorry the living room TV gave you trouble with the flashing lights and ghosting images while you were there, but it has since been replaced. We'll also put together clearer instructions for the second TV so future guests don't run into the same Roku/streaming confusion your husband dealt with.

Relaxing Family Time

This is a very comfortable home away from home. We were able to visit family and have a great backyard for our dog to get some exercise off of her leash. Enough room for the adults to visit as well as our great granddaughter to move around and burn some energy.

Will be back

Great price for a weekend trip to visit family. Everyone has their own space. It was a quiet area to be in. An overall comfy stay while away from home.

Comfortable

It was a nice change from staying in hotel. Family had a place to sit and visit. Quiet location. It was relaxing. The only negative i have is the master bed was very uncomfortable.

Lovely & affordable

This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

East trip

The house was nice and clean and our dog loved the backyard. We had some things not working like the coffee maker didn’t work , the TV only had Roku channel they said Netflix worked but someone signed out, luckily we have Hulu at home so we logged in to that , it kept asking for the Roku password .We called the person on the website and left a voicemail we also emailed them NO response to either . Not very happy was there for 5 nights no response

Clean but nothing fancy

The property was clean but incredibly basic. Furniture was straight out of the 50's. Beds were rickety and not very comfortable, kitchen cupboards were kind of nasty with the very old sliding wooden doors and unfinished shelves. Freaky covered car in the carpeted garage. Washer in bathroom, dryer on the other side of the house with the creepy covered car. Neighborhood was not great, but it was quiet. One bedroom was only big enough for a twin bed and no nightstand. Weird cupboard thing at the foot of the bed that had a notch cut into it for the light switch. Don't know what was in there. It didn't open. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and it was toasty warm. If you aren't looking for fancy, this was a comfortable place.

After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: - Although our home is not advertised as fancy, we strive to maintain it clean and comfortable for our guests. - The box at the end of the bed is the A/C unit, which has a filter in it that can be removed or replaced Thanks again for letting us know about your visit.

100 mile yard sale

Very comfortable home 🏡 in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the dogs had a great backyard to be in. Thanks again for everything.

Grat stay

Booked this house last minute. We had our dog with us and needed a place with a yard. The house was a little further out than we expected, but still less than 10 minutes from Downtown. The house was as listed. It's an older home, but had everything we needed. The king bed was pleasantly comfortable. Great stay!

Nice home quiet neighborhood

Very serene. I had to go quickly due to my dad at the end of his life. Last minute booking, able to enter the house at 9pm. They had bottled water, candy, Keireg coffee pods and maker. The washer and dryer were great. Couch was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. It was a great place to go to after my father passed away.
