This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!

The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable, wifi! There is also a community grill that is available for use!

If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!

Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. Close to downtown Chattanooga but still in a quiet, peaceful location. The condo was large, open and clean! It was homey and a beautiful place. The host was amazing, responsive and welcoming. I can't recommend this location more!

Another great stay on the TN river

I have stayed at this property May times over the years for both business trips and vacations with my kids. It’s always excellent. The owners location and amenities are fantastic

Relaxing!

Directions and check in super easy host was very helpful and friendly. Condo is very clean well equipped and fit our needs perfectly. Would recommend very highly!

Beautiful views and convenient back to the aquarium, etc. If you have a short trip and just need an economic place to stay this is fitting.

It is beautiful, really quiet, the condo has full kitchen, very very clean, very beautiful view of the Tennessee river and mountains. Very calm and relaxing. I enjoyed my visit there and would recommend to very one that it is a great place to say. They only give 5 stars on the survey. I give it a 10 star. It is a really great place.

Amazing Place To Stay

The Pictures of the place are very accurate. The view was amazing and it was very quiet. The decorations could be updated, but the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillow and blankets. The View was breathtaking. We will for sure be coming back and bringing family to enjoy as well.

Quiet on the water getaway

Amazing no stress stay on the water. Condo clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen wares to cook with during stay. Double deck for sunrise/sunset gazing amazing.

Great Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. The area is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and enjoying the view. We had access to boat tours and rentals (kayaks, paddleboards, etc) without leaving the property. The owner was easily accessible if needed.

Little piece of Heaven

My 6th or 7th stay at River Gorge. The serenity and natural beauty is hard to describe in words. The owner is a true Gem, great person, goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful each time I have stayed here.

Tennessee River at its best

It was more than expected. I was able to pray my morning prayers on the patio and enjoy fish jumping and birds singing in another new day.

Great condo

Super cute condo with plenty of space. Loved being right on the river and access to the dock to just chill or fish. Didn't have time to take advantage of water craft rental next door. Host was very friendly and answered all questions timely. 10:10 and would stay here again if we come back to the area

Fishing trip

Exceeded my expectations by far. The place is super nice and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this place. I have already shared with several friends. Thank you for helping to make our stay a great one.

Beautiful river view

Perfect size for two people. Appliances all in good shape. Beautiful view of river from balcony and from upper deck of boat dock. A very enjoyable pontoon boat tour of the river gorge is available and leaves from the boat dock on the property.

Flawless. The view of river from room and living room look spectacular. You want to have a cup of coffee or two here. Close to town, immaculate and comfortable. I stayed an extra night because it's so nice.

Peaceful River Retreat

A beautiful riverside condo. Communication with owner was excellent. We felt the owner wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed watching all the birds ( saw an Eagle) . There is a dock you can sit on and enjoy or do some fishing (there are poles for you to use. There are kayaks next door you can rent at a discount. There is a restaurant River Drifters nearby we really enjoyed. found the location to be perfect.

Granddaughter's birthday

My granddaughters Birthday was filled with e on the river Gorge. And to top it off we made s'mores on the fire pit at night. She was so happy. The ghost was more than accommodating to put family. I will forever be grateful

Serene setting but close to town

This is a spacious condo for a small group. We did see several blowup mattresses, and while the master is very large, if you put one of the blowup mattresses in that room, I feel the people would be on top of each other, especially given the layout of the master in relation to the bathroom. I do not see how a blowup mattress would be functional in the living room, unless everyone involved Is OK with being crammed together. The porch is a nice touch, although there were a lot of spiderwebs. We used a kayak and SUP from the neighbors for free. Sidenote: there is a pretty great rope swing across the river to use if you dare. You can also jump off the top deck of the dock. The only negative was the porch facing the parking lot—it had a (discarded?) bed frame which gave a “under construction “ feel. The communication was great, I had a last minute request for an iron because of a wedding we were going to— they had one and an ironing board brought over before we got there. Only wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Thought the property was clean and well maintained. The scenery around the property was gorgeous.

Over all this was an excellent quick recharge that we both needed very much. Couldn't have asked for more. I will be returning to enjoy more of the water features.

Mountain Perfection!

Our stay at this property was amazing! Only 50 yards from the river and 10 minutes from all Chattanooga has to offer make this property ideal. The condo was lovely, the views outstanding! After walking Rock City in the morning to building a fire on property that night, it was a perfect day. Be sure to book a river cruise with Jesse...spectacular! We will be back.💖

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
