Featuring a king size bed in the Primary bedroom, the 2nd bedroom with queen bed plus a desk and chair, great place to work remotely! Blue Mountain Beach public Beach Access is a 3-minute drive where there's free parking or a 15-minute walk, this access provides showers, and restrooms. Conveniently located at the entrance to The Village is Mimmos, Coffee Shop at 30A, Ice Cream Shoppe at 30A, as well as plenty of other nearby places offering live music and great food such as Red Fish Taco, Local Catch and Growlers Garage just to name a few.

Connecting all the beach communities along the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. If you don't have a bike there are nearby rental shops like Big Daddy's Bike Shop which is within walking distance of this condo, and they even deliver to your front door!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: Golf cart parking spots need to be rented from the HOA in advance of arrival. No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off-site parking if you are bringing a trailer, commercial vehicle or RV.
