Superb Villa with breathtaking view and salt water pool

In view of the Covid-19 situation our villa is thoroughly disinfected before every arrival! This villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, on the prestigious Les Teules urbanization. It is very well equipped with air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living-room Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with views across to St Feliu de Guixols and the beautiful Mediterranean. Both these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, there is also a cloakroom downstairs. Downstairs bedroom has access to the large terrace. All windows have mosquito blinds fitted. There is a beautiful private terrace with comfy seating, dining table and chairs for those balmy evenings perfect for alfresco dining, terrace has electric sun shades. The private salt water pool is not overlooked and is gated for children´s safety. The villa has the advantage of broadband connection. The lounge has seating for 6 people, smart TV, DVD, CD available. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, this leads onto an additional terrace where you will find a gas BBQ, all the terraces take in the sensational view

The villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation, far away from noisy discos or bars.
All bedrooms including the living room is air conditioned.
There is a big bookcase filled with English novels you can read whilst you are there.
There is a Nespresso coffeemaker which makes great coffee to enjoy on your sun deck or on the shady terrace.
In case you decide to stay for more than a week we offer you an in between cleaning and a change of bedding and towels.
Great villa for families but also for couples who want to get away.

Super villa

Perfectly located villa with stunning views. Clean house, nice size bedrooms. Natasha was very responsive and customer oriented. Would recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Paradise on the Costa Brava

This was the trip of a lifetime and this villa was exceptional in every way. Natasha was the ideal host, gave us incredible recommendations and service and I can not say enough about the accommodations. We will return to the Costa Brava not only for the food, culture, beaches -- but for the villa! Better than advertised, this was 5 stars in every aspect. Ideal location for day trips -- spectacular view -- perfectly stocked -- wow!

Perfect house !

We had a Lovely stay at the house ! Everything from the renting process, checking inn and leaving the house went really smooth thanks to Natascha! The view , the pool and the outdoor area are really nice . The house is well equiped and the aircondition worked super effective ( that was really important for us from a much colder climate😄). We have been renting houses for 20 years all over Europe but this ( with grown up kids ) were the best one! Best regards Fam Tryggestad , Bodø , Norway

Séjour parfait en Catalogne

Vacances parfaites dans une maison superbe, bien équipée et avec service au top ( merci Natasha pour ménage mi séjour) Piscine de rêve, nos ados ont adoré. Quartier paisible et bien situé, découverte de Girona, Llafranc et San Feliude Guíxols. La Costa Brava est très belle dès lors que vous évitez les plages des grosses stations balnéaires Location à recommander pour famille ( sauf marches si petits enfants) ou couples ( 3 chambres) Merci pour ce superbe séjour!!

Lovely villa & pool

Our family group of 4 adults and 2 children had a wonderful week at the villa. The villa was really well equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of space on the terraces to escape to with a book and a glass of wine. Everyone loved the pool which was very well maintained. The views over the valley from the terraces and house are lovely. The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Fantastic villa, view and location.

We had 10 days in a beautiful villa, perfect location with easy access to local attractions. Owners and staff really accommodating and very grateful for early access to cool off in the pool. We hope to be back.

Wundervolle Ferien in einem tollen Haus.

Wir haben erneut eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit in der Villa verbracht. Der Pool und der tolle Garten sind ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort der viel Erholung garantiert. Das Haus ist wunderbar und toll gepflegt so dass wir eigentlich nie abreisen wollen wenn der Urlaub vorbei ist. Natasha wir kommen wieder 😉

Propriété soignée et très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa très agréable, très bien agencée et bien entretenue. Confort et prestations ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les chambres spacieuses et climatisées sont très confortables. Les différentes terrasses, chacune équipée de stores, ont été idéales pour profiter de la vue et de la tranquilité des lieux lors de nos petit-déjeuners et repas. La propriété est située sur un flanc de colline au-dessus de Santa Cristina. La vue sur la vallée (et la mer par dessus une colline) est superbe. Enfin les plages du bord du mer sont rapidement accessibles (10 à 15min en voiture). Je ne manquerai pas de remercier Natasha pour sa sympathie, ses bons conseils, son professionalisme et sa bonne gestion de cette location. Les services de nettoyage à mi-séjour, d'entretien régulier de la piscine et des extérieurs ont aussi participé à notre bien-être durant le séjour.

Der perfekte Urlaub

In jeder Hinsicht der perfekte Urlaub: Unterkunft ist Top, Haus in Hanglage in gepflegter ruhiger Ubanisation, fantastischer Blick über San Feliu bis zur Küste. Bietet jeglichen Komfort und Ausstattung. Zwei Terrassenbereiche, größtenteils überdacht und daher bei jedem Wetter nutzbar, gepflegte Anlagen rund ums Haus und großzügiger Swimmingpool. Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, spektakuläre Küste (eine der schönsten Spaniens!), Strände und kleine Buchten in der Nähe, interessantes Hinterland mit Ausflugszielen, u.a. Girona, Barcelona, Figueras, Cadaqués, Sportmöglichkeiten sowie gut ausgebaute Wander- und Radwege. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, große Auswahl an Restaurants mit ausgezeichneter mediterraner Küche. Sowohl Unterkunft als auch Region absolut empfehlenswert!

A delightful destination!

The house is situated on a very attractive, elevated,upmarket development with breathtaking views across the valley below. The house being in a cul de sac, has no passing traffic and is consequently quiet. Our holiday exceeded our expectations due to the very well equipped house, everything is there from a frothy coffee maker to a really easy to use barbeque! The house is very tastfully finished, the owners certainly haven't scrimped on the furnishings.it was great to take advantage of the air. con. in the bedrooms during our stay. Evenings spent on the terrace,breakfasts taken on the other terrace by the kitchen both provided awesome views across to the mountains opposite. Talking of the kitchen it's got everything you need. As the house is only 8 years old the overall condition is immaculate, including the pool which is clearly meticulously maintained! No expense has been spared either on the garden which was in full bloom during our stay. The region in which the house is situated is very attractive, You are 10 monutes' drive from the Med. and the tasteful resorts of Santa Christina, below, providesc a full retail infrastructure plus golfing and good local restaraunts. Gerona is also very well worth visiting,which is only 30 mins. away as is its airport. Overall, the place is brilliant, we'll be back!

February Sun

Being active and enjoying running every day i loved my weeks stay in February. The weather was great, clear skies every day and the sunglasses were definitely needed. There are great trails and paths in the surrounding area, all that can be reached by foot from the villa, and are perfect for running walking and cycling. Breathtaking views make the steep walking up worth while. The beach is a short drive away and is very easy to get to by bus which runs regularly. The Villa is superb and has a very homely feel, which allows you to settle in as soon as you walk through the door. It is maintained to a very high standard and is clean throughout. The views from the balconies day or night are amazing. Shops for food are very accessible by foot, and there are a number of very nice restaurants both in Santa Christina D'Aro, and also neighboring towns. I would recommend it to anybody whether looking for a quiet, relaxing break, or something with a bit more outdoor adventure. I will certainly be going again

Great stays 4 times and finally a review!

We've stayed a total of 4 times at this villa over the last 5 years and it's about time we thanked Iain and Brenda. (Thank you for prompting us, Iain!) Their listing is accurate and in fact the reality is even better in our experience. On arrival every time, the villa has been immaculate and Sara has never felt the need to clean! On our first visit I remember we had a couple of questions about things like local amenities and we got the advice immediately. Since then we saw that everything now appears in the 'guests file' which you should read, as it's full of really useful information. We would definitely recommend this villa to you. The descriptions are honest and it really is a great place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday in northern spain. The views from the villa are breath-taking. Sitting out on the terrace each morning with our coffees (there's an espresso machine!) was a perfect way to start each day. Some days, to be honest, we just lazed around the pool (very clean, by the way) but generally we drove down to the beautiful port of San Feliu and planned our days whilst having a snack in one of the cafes. There's so much to see within a short drive and you absolutely must visit Barcelona, which is very close. Even if you're not interested in architecture or history, you should see the fantastic Gaudi buildings and the Parc Guell. In any event it's a buzzing city and well worth the short drive there. There are so many other great places less than an hour or two's drive and you can even hop over the border into France, which we've done several times, as it's so close. Beaches - apart from the history and culture, we also love the sea and so Iain and Brenda's place has been perfect for us. You'll never be short of great beaches and coves along the mediterranean coast there. Food - so many great restaurants it's impossible to pick a favourite. There are suggestions in the guest folder and we suggest you try them all! Okay, that's it. if you decide to book it, please don't take the dates we want, as we'll be going there again this year!!

Superb Villa in Brilliant Location

This is a very well designed spacious three bedroomed house and has two excellent outside eating areas offering superb views across the valley. Lovely private pool and sun bathing area. Santa Cristana D'Aro is a small Catalonian town with first class butchers, delicatessens etc. and a large supermarket (within walking distance for the energetic as there is somewhat of a climb home!) The villa offers access to many good beaches and great little resorts within a short drive. This area of Costa Brava is Spain's jewel in the crown, the coastline is dramatic and offers some of the best scenery you will find in Spain. Highly recommended for families and grown ups too!
