This property is located in one of Mobile’s historic neighborhoods, which reflects the character and diversity typical of older areas near downtown. Many guests choose this location specifically for its proximity to the highway, local attractions and historic charm. We always encourage guests to review the listing details, map location, and neighborhood information prior to booking to ensure the home is the right fit for their stay. Our cancellation policy is also clearly outlined before arrival.

This area was hit hard in the last hurricane. Our community on the water has fully rebuilt and is vibrant again. Unfortunately the inland area between the interstate and the water has not been rebuilt. Many of the structures were condemned, others have been torn down. This inland corridor from the interstate to the water looks rough, but it is not a safety concern as it is largely abandoned. It's just unsightly. Driving to the home, you may question why you booked the house. Once you arrive in our actual neighborhood, though, you will love it.
