Spacious open-plan living/dining area with a stone fireplace, and a 32" LCD TV. Dining room suitable for up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Large balcony with views of the surrounding complexes.

BED and BATH
The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a sofabed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests at Lake Placid Lodge can enjoy use of the common laundry facilities, common hot tub, and heated outdoor pool.

DISTANCES
The main Creekside bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in 10 to 15 minutes. The Village is a 10 to 12 minute drive away and the Creekside Gondola is across the street.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very well maintained and presented apartment in the centre of Creekside. Good location for gondola up mountain plus east access to nearby lakes. We had a hire car so underground parking was a bonus but transport (bus) links to main Whistler village was also very good. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience started off rocky without a building code shared with us before gettIng into the building. Once a rushed emailed was received correcting the information, we were able to get into the building. Once in the room we were surprised how short the toilet is in the bathroom. Being seniors it was a challenge using along with couch and chair are not senior friendly to get down and up. Otherwise the room was small but functional. Recommend blackout blinds to help block out the morning sun in the bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in creekside at The lake placid apartments and they were absolutely amazing. They had everything in them you could imagine. Even a laundry room. Hot pool and a sauna. Will definitely be back to stay here again. Everything was so easy from booking to gaining entrance into the building and apartment. I was so impressed with everything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although Lake Placid was in the ideal location for our stay, the condo was a little dated and could use some upgrades. That being said we enjoyed our time and would return to Lake Placid; however, we would prefer a condo on the 3rd floor which is quieter.

Cozy Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 stayed in Lake Placid Lodge for 4 nights in the summer. We arrived after the office closed but were given clear instructions on how to access the key from the lock box. The only thing was that we had a hard time locating the parking location as the entrance had a relatively small garage door marked with Lake Placid, which we overlooked. We loved the full equipped kitchen and walked to the Creekside Market across the street daily to get fresh and reasonably price grocery. Also the coin operated laundry in the garage was very convenient and we were able to buy single use detergent from the market across the street for $0.69. The unit was cozy and feels like home. The drive to the village was about 7 minutes and that is where guests officially check in. We went to the office the next day and the staff there gave us excellent suggestions on activities in Whistler. The only suggestion is that the bathroom sink be replaced.

Wonderful Condo!

The suit was lovely, clean and everything you need to cook. We loved the outdoor barbecue, hot tub and swimming pool, and sauna! Lots of chairs to soak up the sun 🌞 We defintely will be back.

Wished we would have bought a 2-3 bedroom unit then!

Sehr große Küche und großer Esstisch. Das Apartment lag im Erdgeschoss, es war sehr ****. Sehr schön war die kleine Terrasse. Das Apartment liegt perfekt zur Gondelstation, nur über die Straße rüber laufen. Großer Skiteller ist vorhanden. Perfekt war die kostenlose Tiefgarage. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Cosy place close to Creekside Gondola

Unit is compact and clean though very small. However, we were not inside much so no big deal. Fridge, cooking range and kitchen appear to be the 1970s or 1980s and could do with a revamp! Fireplace heating could not be turned off and ran 24/7. Very conveniently located and very kindly allowed us to use pool showers after checkout. Thanks for a nice stay!

This said, we would have appreciated that the management company to follow up on the few issues we had brought to their attention ( missing bath tube plug, leaking kitchen faucet, and fireplace that never goes off). It would also have been appreciated if there had been a little more amenities, such as a pair of scissors, and a few more glasses.

It wasn ́t our first time at the Lake Placid lodge, it ́s the third time we have been there.This was the worst condo we had! Furniture old and shabby. The fireplace didn ́t work, but it ́s fan was running continuosly and loud, fan disabled the third day after compliant. The fridge is a little filthy. The exhaust hood is dirty and should be renewed. The hinges of the bathroom door are rusty.The worst happened at departure: we where ready to leave at a quarter to ten. We just took away the garbage to the basement. The code of the condo door didn ́t work anymore! The service master of Lake Placid Lodge, Aaron did his best to help us, but it took an hour until at last a locksmith could reset the code and we could open the door. The bus at scheduled at 10 past ten was gone, happy to get the next bus at twelve a clock and the plane was delayed nearly two hours, therefore we were still on timeThe locksmith ́s invoice 99,75 $ arrived yesterday and, as it is a fault of the rental company I expected a reimbursement. This inquiry has not been answered until today!

Quiet peaceful location with great kitchen but mattress itoo soft
