Great spot! For a fun, beach-focused vaca, this is perfect. Safe and fun area for kids with an ice cream shop, mini golf, and restaurants nearby. The beach is right outside the door. The condo views are of the ocean - doesn't get better than that!

Cute place. Nicely decorated. Like the amount of storage too. It looks like the dryer handle is missing. Doesn't affect functionality but just wanted to point it out.

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação e localização
I was surprised to say the least when walking into the condo as the photos shown online did not really accurately show the size of the property. The dishwasher did not work (or I could not figure out how to make it work), many of the lamps did not work, there were crumbs in the pull out in the living room, and the room did not seem to have been swept as it was visibly dirty and we even found an open kinder egg on the floor. One of the "showers" is barely usable because of the shape of the tub and so we just used one of them. The balcony door did not lock which I was concerned about because of my kids but we ended up having to sleep in the living room anyways because there was no air flow in the back bedroom and it was hot so I was able to monitor the balcony door anyways. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed our stay since we really only stayed in the condo to sleep and shower, but the listing does absolutely not show what I saw when we stayed here. I still gave 3 stars because for the price, I guess you get what you pay for.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the condo did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you taking the time to share the details of your experience. We apologize for the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns you encountered during your stay—especially the dishwasher, lamps, and balcony door. These are not the standards we aim to uphold, and we will be addressing each item with our cleaning and maintenance teams right away. We are also sorry to hear about the comfort issues with the back bedroom and the tub layout—we understand how important those details are, especially when traveling with children. That said, we are glad to hear you were able to enjoy the location and still make the most of your trip. We never want our guests to feel misled by the listing, and your comments about the photos and layout have been noted—we'll be reviewing the listing to ensure it sets accurate expectations moving forward. Thank you again for your balanced review, and for still giving us 3 stars despite the inconveniences. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a much better experience.
